Today Helen sorted out a mess I was in and with great images for the future. Helen was very quick and understood what I needed and giving me images to look at for the times I forget how to.. Globo Product Options if fantastic. Gemma from Globo is really helpful, even when I'm the one making the mistakes. Very fast response, never even managed to play the game haha and resolved my issues within seconds. Marion

The've got great customization features in there and with a bit help of the customer support team i was able to create a complete unique experience for my customers. Highly recommend.

Jederzeit voll zufrieden! Wir nutzen die App für unseren Store um für den Kunden komplexe Konfigurationen vornehmen zu können. Alles funktioniert spielend leicht und ist selbsterklärend. Wenn man ein Add-on Preis haben möchte wird ein Add-on Produkt erstellt. Diesen wollten wir nicht in unserem Shop sichtbar haben. Nach einem kurzen Kontakt mit dem Support haben wir innerhalb wenigen Stunden ein fertige Lösung bekommen. Alle Add-On Produkte sind nun ausgeblendet und erscheinen nicht für den Kunden. Absolut Fantastisch! Service auf höchstem Niveau Completely satisfied every time! We use the app for our store to configure complex configurations for our customers. Everything works effortlessly and is self-explanatory. If you want an add-on price, an add-on product is created. We didn't want this to be visible in our store. After a brief contact with support, we received a complete solution within a few hours. All add-on products are now hidden and don't appear for the customer. Absolutely fantastic! Service at the highest level

Amazing app. Really wide range of options, custom styles and perfect for our needs. I also faced so many issues / user errors when I was building my options set but support team resolved all my problems super quickly and everything working smoothly. Super happy.

I can't say enough about this App or it's Tech Team. The App itself opens so many possibilities with incredible expandability for your products. Their customer service is second to none. They take their time to walk you through the setup and make sure their interface is fluid with your brand. If I could give it 10 Stars I would.

I had an issue with my option set for my products and so I reach out to customers service. Helen got in touch with me in regards to the issue and she was able to help resolve the issue. Apart from this Helen was able to make the buttons style exactly like the ones I have for my products. My experience with Globo Product Options was very good as I did have Helen to help me and I am grateful for this. I find this this app really good as it helps me to create many variant for different products and it is easy to use. Thank you Helen for your help :)
