Had some small technical issues that i needed to sort out. I used the customer chat to ask some questions regarding technical support . The technical team was able to access my store and make the slight adjustments very quickly, which worked out perfectly. Thank you.

Globo has worked great for my small business. I am able to provide my customers with multiple options on each listing which is just what I needed as I make personalized items. I had a question and they answered and solved it via chat in a timely manner. Rosie was very kind and helpful when chatting with her. Thanks Globo!

The app is pretty versatile for what I need. There have been a few things i've wished they had for easy set up or as an option but understand the limits of apps without custom coding and appreciate what is available. The team is also always willing to hop in and help when I need it or come across an issue. They're even looking into some of the extra requests I wanted so who knows! Maybe the few custom type things I'm wanting will be a reality soon!
