Excellent support and a very powerful app. We had a complex setup with multiple product options and add-ons, and after some products were accidentally deleted, our add-to-cart stopped working correctly. Clara from the support team was absolutely amazing. She carefully checked everything, identified the missing add-ons, recreated them, and made sure all product templates were working perfectly again. She was fast, clear, patient, and very professional throughout the whole process. Thanks to her help, everything now works flawlessly. This app makes creating variant options incredibly easy and flexible. It allowed me to customize my product pages exactly the way I wanted without complicated setup or coding. I have three stores and today a client requested the ability to fill out a short contact information sheet for a service. I immediately knew that Globo Product Options was the best way to make it happen. I am not techy savvy and was not seeing the Product Option on my website. I immediately went to Globo Products and I got AMAZING ROSIE! She had helped me a couple of weeks ago with my other store. Not exaggeration within less than 5 minutes she had the options showing on website. I will ALWAYS refer store owners on the ease of using Globo Products and if I could have given the app and Rosie more stars I absolutely would have.

So far, this app has been the solution to the many variant problem I've had! I have products that require multiple selections, but if I add them as variants, Shopify adds them together and then I have a million variants. This is the solution! I was having trouble getting the dropdown menu to show up on my website, but I chatted with customer service and Rosie was very helpful and fixed my problem in about 2 seconds. I definitely recommend!
