We use on 3 stores. Takes a second to figure out, but really quite easy. Customer support very good, always has things taken care of within 24 hours or less.

Only just downloaded the app and wasn't sure how to set it up. Luckily I got connected to Rosie, who went above and beyond to help me do that! She was really friendly and professional, hoping I will get connected to Rosie again whenever I need help with the app! A big thank you ❤

I waited to write this review until I had more than one interaction with the company. The first was perfect, but I waited until the second to be sure... it was just as perfect! I needed some advanced customizations made to better suit the app integrations with my workflows and packing slip printouts. Helen and the crew were more than accommodating, professional, and fast at getting my requests done!

I do what I can to figure out things on my shopify site. So I needed to configure an addon for a product page and was able to figure it out on my own after shopify support informed me that an app was used by a developer I hired - so I opened the Globo Product Options and was able to configure a variant without assistance. I had reached out to the app makers and they responded within 24 hours. Thanks for making an app that non-developers like myself can use!
