Globo Product Options, Variant

I have found the basic option to be sufficient for my website needs at this time, and is relatively easy to use. I needed to change the font color on the personalization box, and Helen was prompt and knowledgeable in taking care of this. She also tweaked things a bit to provide a cleaner look on my end. Very good app with lots of product variant setup options. Moreover, they offer a free customisation to make the widget match your website theme. Rosie just did that for me, and it looks great.
