W3 Custom Product Options

This app is very intuitive compared to other apps I tried. Megan was super quick to respond and help me to get it to do perform exactly as I needed it. We needed the conditional logic and that works great. I would highly recommend.

Great app. Bit of a learning curve but once you've got it it works well. This app is integral to how we sell some items so we can't be without it. We had one issue with it but it was all sorted within a few hours of first contact with W3trends. Great support!

Incredible customer service ... I am impressed, I thought just by looking at the instructions that this would be a long and complicated road... not at all... I paid for the installation $25 so I would not even bother trying to understand how to :) and then Megan did the rest for me always answering rapidly. We had issues with our website's theme compatibility and the W3 Support team, specifically Justin, went above and beyond to ensure their apps would work for our site.

Had a little trouble with the installation--but it was quickly resolved. Setting up the form with the conditional logic (e.g. if you take the option, then show these fields and add an upcharge) was easy, and it looks great. It just works. Support on the installation was very quick and painless. Well done.

We started using this app first on www.astralcycling.com and now have installed it on our second shop. Works great and the service has been quick and always addresses what is going on. The conditional logic works like it should and allows us to build out so many options for all of our product pages. I like that you can build a group and duplicate too, not have to rebuild it all over again for another page. Other option apps i've worked with don't allow this and it requires a lot of double work. Great app for the price - you get a lot of options.

Works as advertised, easy to install and configure. Highly recommend it if you're needing to customize products past the basic options allowed in Shopify.

This product is absolutely key to me being able to help my customers choose the wood type, size and all kinds of personalization options for our premium cutting boards and as well as the engraving options for our barware. After 10 months with the app we ran across our first issue and contacted the support team. They were quick to help us fix the problem! Been using this app for a little while now and I am very pleased with it. The app does exactly what it states it will do and is easy to use. If there is something that you need help with the support team for this app are very responsive and friendly and will be sure you are taken care of. If you are in need of add on options for your Shopify products I would highly recommend this app.

We installed this app to allow us to have customisable products. The app itself is relatively easy to setup and getting your custom product fields designed and implemented is very straight forward. We did have some issues with our theme conflicting with the app, but the support team worked extensively with us to resolve this issues and solve the problem. Great app to extend Shopify's own functionality and excellent support service :)
