The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. I went through an extensive evaluation of the top 5 custom product options apps and W3 Trends exceeded my expectations. These apps are NOT all the same, and neither are the teams that deliver them. The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. It is a huge relief to know that moving forward a key part of my business will be in good hands with the W3 Trends team, and their awesome software. Thank you!! Update: I've been using this app for 2 years now. I'm so impressed. More importantly, the customer support team is awesome. They respond quickly and help me get new features added quickly and troubleshoot anything that I can't figure out myself.

This app is very intuitive compared to other apps I tried. Megan was super quick to respond and help me to get it to do perform exactly as I needed it. We needed the conditional logic and that works great. I would highly recommend.

Great app. Bit of a learning curve but once you've got it it works well. This app is integral to how we sell some items so we can't be without it. We had one issue with it but it was all sorted within a few hours of first contact with W3trends. Great support!

Had a little trouble with the installation--but it was quickly resolved. Setting up the form with the conditional logic (e.g. if you take the option, then show these fields and add an upcharge) was easy, and it looks great. It just works. Support on the installation was very quick and painless. Well done.

We started using this app first on www.astralcycling.com and now have installed it on our second shop. Works great and the service has been quick and always addresses what is going on. The conditional logic works like it should and allows us to build out so many options for all of our product pages. I like that you can build a group and duplicate too, not have to rebuild it all over again for another page. Other option apps i've worked with don't allow this and it requires a lot of double work. Great app for the price - you get a lot of options.

We sell tablecloths and needed a way to allow customers to request an umbrella hole be added at extra cost, something Shopify doesn't do. It has been working great and we've seen an increase of umbrella hole sales since we switched to this app. Highly recommended if you offer customization options to your products.

This product is absolutely key to me being able to help my customers choose the wood type, size and all kinds of personalization options for our premium cutting boards and as well as the engraving options for our barware. I LOVE this app - having tried many product option apps, this is by far the easiest and most straight forward to use. I needed to have the app installed after updating my theme and it was done within a few days and functioning perfectly. Customer service was so friendly and nothing too much trouble :)

I've used Custom Products a couple times now. As with most of my customers, there's always something customer that they want to do. W3trends has always stepped up and really helped me out with customization and minor issues with the app. They are very responsive and I'd definitely recommend them and their apps to anyone!! THIS IS THE BEST! I tried the "biggest" and these guys BEAT THEM hands down! First, they answer their phone. Second, they reply to emails and actually read what you ask, instead of sending CANNED Answers. They are SUPER SKILLED. And, if you do NOT get their QUOTES then you are missing BIG TIME! Our website, THATflagcompany.com, specializes in custom ordered flags, plaques and awards. The W3 app has been a great option for our website and is incredibly user friendly. After 10 months with the app we ran across our first issue and contacted the support team. They were quick to help us fix the problem! Highly recommend this app for a cost effective way to allow customers the ability to customize their products.
