W3 Custom Product Options

So far the best product options app I've used/tried. And I've tried A LOT! They did a great job at making sure to add all the little awesome details you need to make your online store work seamlessly. I would 100% recommend this (and will) to anyone. I also LOVE the fact that I can call them on the phone if need be for help. That is so rare now a days. It's SUPER helpful!

This app has been super helpful in dealing with our relatively complex product options. W3 was also really great about addressing small issues so we can get the most out of the app. Highly recommended for both functionality and support!

I've tried other custom product options apps before. This ones suits us best. It does not wreck themes with too much extra code. Product works perfectly for our purposes, which is adding some customer customization options for extra cost. Great support that looked into all issues I was having and read my mind in customizing my theme. Highly recommended!

The best app. Great customer service..

I like this app a lot. I jumped from BOLD to W3 and am not looking back. Here are my key points -Best product options app for Shopify -Simplest Interface, very intuitive -The ability to copy and paste long lists of options -Simple conditional Logic -Great support Our products support a ton of variation. The biggest challenge we have is the need to support a fairly large make/model structure, with 20 or so “make” options conditionally showing about 300 total models. Building this out was so tedious in the BOLD offering and a pain to maintain/edit. With this app, we simply maintain a spreadsheet of all of our options, and then copy/paste the entire list in. SO MUCH FASTER! The interface is l much cleaner, the logical structure/relationships are much more intuitive, and has a much lower learning curve than others I have tested. This was the last vestige of BOLD apps being on our store and I’m glad to have found a replacement. It's great to finally ditch the bad UI I’ve found in every BOLD App. UPDATE 2/19/19 You can't beat the customer support and responsiveness of W3Trends. They just did some custom work for me on this app, charged me a fair price, and had it finished in less than a day. They will be my go-to team for any future shopify development.

Nice app to use, takes a bit of getting used to. The help from the team is excellent as well if you have any problems! Would recommend his app over the competitors which I have previously used

This is a great app to use if you are looking to add more options to your products. I just started using it for my website and it does exactly what I was looking for and then some! It's also easy to learn how to use, they show you exactly what to do and it's simple to navigate. It's fairly easy to get it installed into your store, I had some trouble though, but the support team was of great help and fixed my problems for me within a few hours after I notified them of the issues. I highly recommend it!!

The app 1/2 works... After the order, the options selected do not import into accounting software nor do they print out when using order printer software... the only place you can verify the options the customer selects is by looking in your shopify account. This creates a lot of extra work by verifying things.

A product is only as good as it's support...and these guys really are the best around. The product works really really well for our needs compared to other options out there, but their stellar support is what sold us on it. VERY IMPRESSIVE guys...keep it up!

Really easy to use custom options app ! Tried a few and this one is the best by far. All I was looking for (conditional logic, added products) was included, UX is very good, price is reasonable, setup for 25$ quick & perfect. Really good app.

Très bonne application ! Les options proposées par shopify directement, avec le thème que j'ai choisi pour mon site, ne suffisaient pas pour gérer la vente de mon produit. J'ai trouvé cette application de customisation de produit qui conviens tout à fait à mes attentes et qui permet d'ajouter une plus-value sur mes produits. IL FAUT CEPENDANT PREVOIR QUE LE DEPLOIEMENT DE CETTE APPLICATION DEVRA ETRE FAITE PAR W3 (25$ supplémentaire). En effet le fait de devoir modifier des lignes de code HTML n'est pas trivial pour tout le monde et qui plus est si votre site internet est construit autour d'un thème personnalisé. Cela dit, le service après vente (le support) est réactif, disponible et prendra le temps d'adapter l'application pour votre site web sans coût supplémentaire (jusqu’à maintenant pour moi). Je suis, pour le moment, tout à fait satisfait de cette application et la recommande volontiers.

BLOWS BOLD AP AWAY! We have been fighting and searching high and low to find an ap that allowed us to offer more options than Shopify's ridiculous cap of 100 variants. We tried Bold which is one of the largest AP companies on shopify and their options ap was NOT even formatted for mobile devices..WHAT THE HELL? I mean 82% of our customers shop and buy on mobile devices. 2. This ap is super super simple to use and integrated into our store theme with no problem. They offer a professional instal for only $25.00 WELL WORTH the money to get it done quickly and correctly. 3. At only 8.99 a month the Price is unbelievably fair for what you get! 4. This allows us to offer value package and bundles to our customer they they can choose from say 10 different options plus they can also customize their own shirts, hats and bundles as well as offering personalization on stickers and engraving on key chains ect. 5. GAME CHANGER for us! Now instead of having pre set value packages they can now choose from countless options and this drives revenue way up. We have been using it for less than 48 hours and already seen a jump when we offered the product options on several of our packages. I highly recommend this ap simple easy and best of all it WORKS the way it's supposed to!!!

Extremely good service and very helpful as you know most apps always have slight issues and brad helped me Perfect the app for my website free of charge and won a long term customer. Multi currency was no issue with all the added prices and a much cheaper option then the others you cant go wrong here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

These guys are extraordinary with their responsiveness to issues (even when it's my own blunder)...professional, courteous and timely! AND their product ROCKS...does just what we needed it to do. AWESOME
