This team is great. I set up some quite complicated bundles on our store and connected with Chintan, Rick, Samuel, Daniel, Carter, and I'm sure a handful of other members of the Bold team throughout the process. They are always extremely willing to help and ready to jump in. I am so appreciative of them—I probably called Rick at least 5 times with questions during our setup process and he (and the whole team!) was very patient with me.

Bold Apps is #1. From the design of their apps all the way to their customer service, these guys rock. We've been using them for over 4 years and have used several of their apps and have never been disappointed with them. Their customer service is incredible. Without a doubt, one of the BEST apps I'm using for my shop. The ability to not only add options, but also add conditional options, has been a game changer for my business. Special thanks to Mona and Aman for the 5-star service they provided as I migrate to a new theme. I ran into a couple of issues and they resolved them in record time. Wholeheartedly recommend the app and the service they provide. Update 2023: Still amazing support! As I migrated to a new theme Deleen was able to quickly come up with a solution for me that enabled me to configure the app exactly how I wanted.
