SC Product Options

We couldn't run our shop luxerozen.nl without Product Options by Bold! The app gives you all the freedom to mold the options to the needs of your shop. But where it really shines it its customer service department. I've been in contact with a few people from Bold and they've been more than willing and able to assist with incorporating Product Options into our shop's theme. Incredible service. Some reviews say the service is awful and I was anticipating bad service based on those reviews, but I would 100 percent say that this company was incredibly helpful in delivering a great customer service experience.

This is a great app to expand the product options that you offer and allow for significantly more customer customization. Because of my theme the app wasn't able to self install. Bold took care of the installation (for free) in a few days though. Lawrence was great. A HUGE thank you to MC at Bold! In addition to the installation, MC worked with me (and worked with me, and worked with me) to get the option styling to match. I am very excited to see what the app does for my business!

I love using Bold for my Shopify page. They helped us with adding more options and were so great with my (many!) requests for help. Julian and Jordan were super helpful! Not only did they configure my dropdown menus for me, but they explained the process to me via screenshots. I have had a few tweaks I needed help with and they were really quick and efficient (even during the holidays). I highly recommend Bold and their team. Great customer service. I'm a fan!

I'm in the process of getting my Shopify web site launched and I chose Bold Commerce's Product Options because of it's conditional logic. Our online form ordering process is complex and I reached out to Bold's Support Team to help me with the logic. I have used Product Options for 2 years now (version 1.0 and 2.0). I've installed it by myself as well as had customer support do an install on a more complex theme. All I can say is wow.
