I love the Bold options and it is really easy to use, once you checked out the videos. I did the implementation and I missed something in the coding. The Bold guys were absolutely amazing and had us sorted out in no time. We used Bold Options because our options have added prices and different variations. Cheers Veronica Lee Jeans

These guys totally Rock! Not only is this app by far the best personalisation app on the market, their customer service is truly second to none. Any problems are dealt with in super quick time and nothing seems to be too much for the guys to respond to. Always friendly and concise with their information. The app does exactly as is says on the tin. You can easily apply options to any or all of your products quickly with no knowledge of code etc required. Thanks all at Bold apps :-)

This app is invaluable to our shop -- it allows us to offer our customers clear and detailed choices for all of the personalization options we offer on our handmade toys. Their customer service is excellent.This is a MUST if you want your customer's shopping experience to be straight forward, easy to navigate, and easy to convert into sales!

Too early to tell how this is going to work for me as I just got it installed. What I did find impressive though is the phone number was published, they answered it, and the person on the other end spoke fluent ENGLISH. Sad to think that is a noteworthy event in today's America, but it's the reality. These facts alone compel me to think this is a step in the right direction. C. LongRifles, Inc.

We run a highly customize-able group of products for the equestrian and canine community. We engrave brass and nickel silver plates and tags for horse tack and dog collars (with various fasteners) as well as engraved stall and stable signs, We could NOT have designed all the available options into our Shopify website without this fantastic app. The selection of option styles meets every requirement we need to present and capture our customers' preferences. The ability to vary pricing according to their product selection with conditional statements has saved us thousands in programming costs. We actually migrated our entire ineffective Magento/Go Daddy website to Shopify BECAUSE of this app. BEST decision we ever made. HIGHLY recommended!!!! Please excuse this additional comment, but in my enthusiasm for the Product options app, I totally forgot to mention the unblinking customer support provided by the Bold apps team! They are, in our opinion, unsurpassed in their response time and effectiveness when contacting them. KUDOS +++++!

Their support team goes above and beyond to help us tackle obstacles whether specific to our business needs or fixing bugs our customers experience. This app is a life saver. I find it very intuitive and it works very well for us. The staff was very responsive to my requests and got this up and running in our store very quickly. Can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend! Very helpful.

We had a highly complex custom application built for us, based on the Product Options platform. Let me be the first to tell you, there is a LOT more than meets the eye with this app, and the sky is virtually the limit. Our custom app has roughly 30 configurable steps, a metric ton of conditional logic, and loads of special rules. The app runs quick and flawlessly which is quite impressive. The folks at Bold Apps (Heman, Calin, Jeff, and the crew) were very professional and easy to work with. If you're looking for complex custom app development, Bold Apps seem to be one of the best choices out there.

Exactly what I needed for a new mailbox with twelve color options for the outer shell and door (144 variants)! Very easy to use and efficient. I'm going to use it with my curbside mailbox to make the post and numbers product options. Should help drive sales! Awesome customer service too. Very satisfied!

Firstly, excellent support. I had some issues with pre-selecting radio buttons in order to activate the conditional logic immediately upon loading of the page. Solved by excellent support from the app developers. Secondly, clean interface with good customization options. If you need to have options to specific products, this is probably the best app out there for this purpose. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.
