Awesome App! So happy I got it! You can make changes to some or all products all at once like add one or more options or comments for shoppers. If you are even thinking about it try it!

I LOVE PRODUCT OPTIONS BY BOLD!!! Overview: A bit confusing at first, but now functions PERFECTLY. AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Couldn't be happier. Detail: I have now been using Product Options for about a month and am still in the 'free trial' period. At first, the application did not operate how I had envisioned. I wanted customers to be able to choose a quantity in the product listing and have that change the price (more you buy, lower the price gets). The 'first tier' customer support team (special thanks to TAMER), replied to my concern immediately and put me in contact with the second tier support team. DAVID was amazing and worked efficiently and effectively to make my idea a reality, implementing several customized features... FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE! Not only does the application do everything I could have hoped, the customer service was beyond amazing. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this to anyone needing robust product options!!!

This app is GREAT! We were using infinite options, a free app to allow us to have the variety of drop downs we needed for our product pages, but there was literally NO back-end to that app, so we weren't able to monitor inventory or stop selling specific options if we were out. This app allows us a lot more flexibility! I have just started using the app and so i'm sure I will learn more about it and the functionality I can take advantage of for my store. The BEST part is, BOLD customer service is absolutely AMAZING, I had SO MANY questions and I received same day (if not same hour) response time from them. They have an easy way to schedule a tutorial and live call with someone that will help explain all of the app's capabilities in terms that relate to your specific needs. I received such incredible personalized customer service from Alexa and feel confident if I do run into any issues or questions, she will be there to help! Thanks BOLD, you guys rock!

" MC " was fantastic! She showed me the link of where to add the option i was looking for. Since I'm a bit of a newb, she logged into our site for us, and fixed it all up. Thank you so much! We own about 15 other e-commerce stores, and will definitely keep using and recommending BOLD apps!

The bold support team is AMAZING! I had just a couple tiny tech questions about integrating with my template and they were a huge help. They hopped right on and fixed the issue for me. They answered any questions I had and were super fast. I couldn't believe it! Thank you guys so much for making my store awesome :)

Our experience with Bold apps has been EXCELLENT so far! We are using a combination of 5 Bold apps and the complexity has been an issue on my team but with the hand-holding from the Bold Experts like Tamer, David, Dan, Victoria and others we are achieving the results we sought out! Great and necessary app for so many reasons. Would suggest paying for installation as it can be fairly confusing and they have great support for any fixes.

Great app :-) Works perfect with my shop. Right now I only use it as "gift wrap" option, but I will use it to offer my customers custom settings on a product.

NEW THEME UPDATE (2023) -- I recently published a new theme after 7 years using my old one and once again Bold Product options was vital to my store's functionality and success. Once launching, I ran into a few hiccups where the default code did not work properly with my theme, BUT IN LIGHTNING FAST SPEED, the help team were on it and had the App installed properly in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough good things about this product and it's customer support. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) Absolutely brilliant. 90% of my products require the customer to insert custom information before being able to add their selection to the cart. I searched and tested multiple other apps and none came close to the capabilities and integration this one does. 50 thumbs WAY UP!

We use this app for custom engraving on our store and it works very well. It was the best we came across to help us figure out image uploads and text options for customers. Would highly suggest! www.SipDark.com

Generally as advertised and the support was quite good. Certainly a useful app for many reasons...but unfortunately we can't give this a great review overall. -The app costs money to install, which isn't the case with several of the alternatives. -The app was more tedious and cumbersome to use than the app we ended up going with. -More expensive per month than the app we ended up using, particularly if you need the "premium" features. -Not as versatile at modifying prices as the app we ended up using. -Charges extra for features that are included as standard with some other apps. -Bold repeatedly asks people to write 5-star reviews, which gets a bit annoying. We fiddled around with this app for a while and ultimately ended up going with Unlimited Product Options by OnlyGrowth.
