I'm still in my free month trial of their premium plan. I needed help and the response was quick. They proceeded to fix my liquid files for me and even sent a video showing that everything was working after they were done. Blown away by their awesome service. We were having issues with product variants showing up in shopping carts as additional 'items' ie: one item with one variant showed up as two items in the cart. Bold fixed it super fast for us. It's one thing for apps to work perfectly, but a developer really shines when you find their support as robust as their products. Thanks for the help!

We have been using this product for almost a year and are very happy with the flexibility it offers. Being able to have so many variations has allowed us to offer a high degree of customization that our customers appreciate. The image uploader tool saves us a lot of time as well. The only downside is limit of 100 variants per item. This is a restriction imposed by Shopify and not Bold, but keep this in mind when researching this product.

I just purchased the app, paid the $40 fee to have it installed. The app must be very popular because it said 3 day lead time. So I went and installed it myself - or tried. It is pretty complicated but the instructions are fairly clear. I'm using Vantage Theme, I'll edit this (hopefully) once I get rolling. From what everyone has told me, this is the go-to app for variations.

Such a great app! It's an absolute must have for shops that have items that need specific options. My shop wouldn't be able to *be* on shopify without the Product Options app by Bold. Thanks!

I LOVE PRODUCT OPTIONS BY BOLD!!! Overview: A bit confusing at first, but now functions PERFECTLY. AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Couldn't be happier. Detail: I have now been using Product Options for about a month and am still in the 'free trial' period. At first, the application did not operate how I had envisioned. I wanted customers to be able to choose a quantity in the product listing and have that change the price (more you buy, lower the price gets). The 'first tier' customer support team (special thanks to TAMER), replied to my concern immediately and put me in contact with the second tier support team. DAVID was amazing and worked efficiently and effectively to make my idea a reality, implementing several customized features... FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE! Not only does the application do everything I could have hoped, the customer service was beyond amazing. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this to anyone needing robust product options!!!

This app is GREAT! We were using infinite options, a free app to allow us to have the variety of drop downs we needed for our product pages, but there was literally NO back-end to that app, so we weren't able to monitor inventory or stop selling specific options if we were out. This app allows us a lot more flexibility! I have just started using the app and so i'm sure I will learn more about it and the functionality I can take advantage of for my store. The BEST part is, BOLD customer service is absolutely AMAZING, I had SO MANY questions and I received same day (if not same hour) response time from them. They have an easy way to schedule a tutorial and live call with someone that will help explain all of the app's capabilities in terms that relate to your specific needs. I received such incredible personalized customer service from Alexa and feel confident if I do run into any issues or questions, she will be there to help! Thanks BOLD, you guys rock!

Great and necessary app for so many reasons. Would suggest paying for installation as it can be fairly confusing and they have great support for any fixes.
