SC Product Options

I'm in the process of getting my Shopify web site launched and I chose Bold Commerce's Product Options because of it's conditional logic. Our online form ordering process is complex and I reached out to Bold's Support Team to help me with the logic. Both Alexa and MC were terrific -- they patiently guided me through the process and did some hands-on work to make my forms function properly. Thanks Alexa and MC!

I have used Product Options for 2 years now (version 1.0 and 2.0). I've installed it by myself as well as had customer support do an install on a more complex theme. All I can say is wow. I am impressed and very satisfied with the features, price and customer support. What more can you ask for? Feel free to check out our site for examples. We use this app with pretty much every single product to offer. Thank you Bold.

This app is amazing! I was hesitant at first as the app was out of my budget but I am so glad i decided to give it a go. The team are super helpful with my silly questions and their response time was great. Get this app! It will bring value to your business.

Great app just what i needed for large set of products instead having to do them individually. At first i wasn't able to get them to show due to my page being from a customs builder but Shubneet was brilliant in helping me get it just right no matter how many little requestes i had she got it done! Great app and great support!

Installed Product Options and very happy with the app. Easy to use plus they give you a 30 day free trial to test the app out and see if its a right fit for your store. I got a little stuck installing the app but luckily Paul was right there to help me out and get me through it !

Ok so I installed the app yesterday and let me tell you I’m not tech savvy at all... I spent the day trying to work it out and had to admit defeat... I sent an email to the support team and was contact very quickly. Paul, my knight in shining armour saved this damsel in distress. Seriously I felt like a dumbo but Paul fixed everything in just a few minutes! He even gave me a call to walk me through step by step instructions. I can’t thank you enough Paul x Get this app, you won’t regret it and its worth every cent!!!

Really helps in solving the problem of adding more variants than are allowed by the Shopify variant limit. In addition, this app is fantastic with conditional logic for providing alternative options when particular options are selected. The support team is very quick to answer and thorough with their responses. Not only will they respond, but they went out of their way to actually set up an example for me in my store so I could see exactly how to perform the action I wanted.

Great app - I use it for a customised product on my store. Had a problem with the installation and got in touch with customer service - Shubhneet responded really quickly and sorted my problem out in a tick! Thanks guys! Recommend this app and BOLD in general.. :)

We had this app on our older version of our site, and it worked well -- but when we moved to 2.0, we noticed that it wasn't compatible at the time. We searched for an alternative, and tried 5 other apps but none of them were able to do what Bold was able to do for us originally. We reached out to the team about it, and they were able to do a manual install on our new 2.0 site. They even were able to go in and make some tweaks that allowed for even better functionality. So far, it's working perfectly! Shoutout to Ahmed for being so great with communicating with me and the prompt updates to the app! :)

Good app with the flexibility needed and all-important inventory control when offering a SINGLE product with multiple variations (not different inventory for each variation like Shopify default offers). The dev team has been super helpful and responsive in working out a few glitches. I recommend having them look things over even if you don't have a problem in case they see something you missed. Looking forward to getting the most out of this app moving forward!

I don't know why I ever hired a "Shopify Expert"... I just used this app and it is so user friends, but more importantly, the customer service is beyond any expectation and so swift. I highly recommend using this product and all things associated with the developers.

After a year and a half of trying to work with big companies with bigger promises, we gave Shopify a shot. Thanks to the helpful Product Options app, we were able to include some very complex variants on our eStore for our customizable projects. I wasn't alone in making this happen either. I worked with a highly attentive team leader and a couple very talented developers to manipulate the Product Options code to make it do what I needed it to do. If this app doesn't do what you need it to do out of the box, just talk to the Bold team. They'll take great care of you!
