Seriously these guys rock. I needed help getting the display to be where I needed it in my theme. Within 5 minutes of me sending an email, they went into my theme and added it for me.

They have super fast customer support! They responded to my e-mail fast and quick and one of the easiest companies to work with. Our website has a lot of various on a product page, which included color, options, different price and numerous text field, ability to upload images that add on additional charges etc. We tried several different apps but this is the best value and great app out there in shopify world. I highly recommended to all the owner of store.

Unbeatable customer support! Fast and quick and one of the easiest companies to deal with. We had and issue with having several different product options that included a various price per each item and this app was the way to tackle our problem.

Great product! Couldn't enjoy it any less. The setup is pretty easy and problems are fixed quite easily by there support team. Non the less what it has done for sales! Boosted sales with simplicity and ease.

Customer Support is awesome. They kept me in the loop the entire time, even as they "escalated" my ticket for being complicated and technical, they stuck with it and got the job done, and I am a happy happy camper. Tamer and Garret where both quick with their email correspondence, I was never left in the dark. I am considering other apps Bold offers just because I know they are quality and are there if I need them. Without rambling with specifics, I am very satisfied with the service and product (app), and would recommend any Bold App to a friend. Thanks again for all your help, it is very much appreciated! Keep up the good work!

When Sandy Steven Engravers (www.SandyStevenEngravers.com) was building it's e-commerce store on the Shopify platform, it's sales funnel needed to add numerous engraving and customization options to the jewelry, accessories and gifts sold online. We had several requirements for a product page, which included numerous text fields, ability to upload images, text field limits, size variations, variants that add on additional charges etc. Another important requirement was not to visually overwhelm a prospective customer with numerous fields on a product page and to maintain a minimalist and clean page layout. These conflicting and complex requirements at first glance suggested having to hire a developer. However, we did not really want to do that, because that traps you from a business point of view, especially when you need to be nimble on the web. Shopify options alone, did not provide the functionality we required so we looked to the App-Store ... We inspected and looked at example sites for each and every product option app available. We did note that most people wanted simple to use, that is understandable, mainly because their customization requirements are comparatively less complex. However none met up to the functionality and customization features offered by the Product Options app from Bold Commerce. We noted several comments from other user reviews complaining about difficulty and confusion when trying to integrate this app, which again, is understandable. This app takes a bit of careful thinking, pre-visualization of process, and understanding, especially if you want to handle complex options for a single SKU. However, once you set up a few, it becomes pretty easy. We did have a few issues at the beginning - actually, they were more like growing pains, and like those who have complained in other reviews got a little frustrated, but customer support was rock-solid from Bold Commerce. They want to keep you as a customer, and we had several of their agents look into whatever issues we had in setting up ... and we did it all via email. You can't ask for more from customer service than solving your problem. Sandy Steven Engravers has utilized the Product Options app for over a year since launching our website, and it has been an invaluable add-on for our website and has made customizing engravable fine jewelry and gifts simple to do online by customers. We give this app our highest recommendation. Update - July 15, 2021: In 2021 we needed to upgrade to V.02 of Bold Product Options, following a theme upgrade to our Shopify store. We were facing multiple technical issues which were there on one day and when you check back the next it's not - you guys know what I mean right? Well despite all these confusion and frustrating technical glitches Bold was again "Superb". Grant was our "main man" - not only did he begin by looking into the existing problems, identified the issues, and sorted them all out before beginning the upgrade. He went out of his way to explain, differences that our store would experience and provided guidance to ensure that our existing options were structured correctly so that they would upgrade to V02 without any issues. And it worked! The most notable experience was that we had reassuring hands-on technical assistance every step of the way, and the Grant took time to provide in-depth answers to our many questions during the process. This is a rare service to find in the industry, especially if you have limited coding knowledge. Our sincere thanks to Grant and our highest recommendation once again (now 5 years running) to the Bold Product Options App.

I have tried working with three other web developers and made no progress on my project. With three days of my time and the help from Bold's awesome support staff I am ready to launch a new kit allowing the customer to use product options to create their personalized kit.

Most of the reviews (I read one) I assume are about how great the product is. While that's true, I think I'm gonna focus this review more on the superb customer service I received. Finding a tech company that focuses on it's individual customers and not just their bottom line is a seemingly rare commodity. Everyone I talked with was happy to help and had a great working knowledge of the product. I had a coding issue that had to be fixed and they got it done within a day (that's right, custom code for a unique problem that was solved within a day - someone deserves a raise). I have a more in depth theme (seiko) which caused some errors in the initial set up of product options. Everyone I have talked with replied within the day (most of the time hour) and was happy to help and get my issue sorted. There was no buck passing and no one said any of the tasks were too complicated or would take a while. They all listened and helped. Before I go. I worked with David and Tamer and they were both top notch. I'd give them both a raise probably. Maybe even I'd get them some cool Christmas bonus. like SCUBA lessons! oh hey! Product Options is hands down a 5 star App for Shopify. It is the single-most powerful app in my shopify toolbelt. I've been using it only a couple weeks and It has cut my labor cost of inputting products by roughly 60% so far saving me countless hours. Using it has resolved a longstanding issue with our customers and variant/customization where they were ordering the wrong size and not noticing. This has saved us customer frustration (and ours), as well all sorts of logistical headaches to include returns & refunds. Unfortunately I had issues out of the gate with my theme, liquid and my ajax cart that were quite persistent. The support team was incredibly tenacious in pursuing these issues even as the issues evolved. They are also very open to hearing feedback, comments and suggestions.

I sell bedding which has to be one of the most PITA things to sell on line because every size option changes the price. Then we have options...for our options. With that, the ONLY app I found that could do what we needed it to do was the Product Options app by BOLD. And holy smokes does it work. In just over three days I had a few thousand SKU's inputted with conditional logic so somethings showed and some wouldn't based on what a client chose. It's just brilliant and looks amazing on the site. And the Support. THE FREAKING SUPPORT! Amazing. So quick. I think the longest I have ever had to wait was...maybe...a minute. Alexa. Melody. And Tamer. All my favourites. They've even gone in the back end to tweak things quickly for me that needed tweaking. So helpful. So friendly. I've read some of the one star reveiws on this list and have to say if you're getting one star service from these guys it's probably because you are a 100 Star PITA. It's physically impossible to have one star service from Canadians. It's just not in their DNA. I would give the team at Bold Apps a 6 Star Review if I could, they've just been THAT good. Can't recommend them enough.

Once again I am truly amazed at the support provided by Bold Commerce. A special shout out to Alexa, Rebecca and Rob. These three people went above and beyond to make sure everything in our store was exactly as we wanted. Having been in business for nearly 50 years I don't think I've ever encountered this level of customer service. My advice to any one considering apps to add to your Shopify store.... if Bold makes it.... buy it. They are absolutely the best. Now I have to add Tamer to the list. These gurus are the best.

The Product Options app from the Bold apps team was the big kick our business needed to get off the ground. Such an easy to install and configure app gave our online store the slick customer experience that we wanted. We had the sleek, crisp design for the website and so all we needed was a product options app that would deliver personalisation options to our customers in a slick, concise and intuitive way... and Bold apps delivered. It was a no-brainer after the trial as it gave our business the customisation core that really complemented our behind-the-scenes talents! It turned a standard retail store into a product customisation solution for customer's to personalise their products. They reached out from day one and were always there. They gave us the peace of mind to invest time and money with the Bold team. When you are flat out running a business and adding more and more complexity with every passing day, you need support that you can turn to and depend on.

We use multiple BOLD apps, but Product Options is our most used as it allows our customers to build a custom product of their own. I love the text box character limits, the ability to give options condition logic to hide or show depending on what the customer picks. Product Options has made our website easier and more user friendly walking our customers through the ordering process. As with anything in technology, issues or bugs may occur, but that best part of BOLD is how quickly they take care of these issues. I love that once I open a support ticket, I receive an email with a ticket number and within 24 hours I have a team member supporting the issue. BOLD has even helped our personal coder to assist him in setting up something custom for us. My favorite part of using BOLD apps are the routine emails they send giving tips on how to use their apps to your benefit. This years Black Friday University was especially helpful and motivating for our team to get into the holiday spirit.

All of BOLD products are great, I would say the one downfall is having to pay for installations but it's not enough to take away 5 stars.
