Easy to use, customer service is fantastic!

Even though this app didn't work for what I needed, the team were super helpful - set up a call with the product owner to go through it and even suggested other apps that might help. Great support for a solo-entrepreneur!

Worst app I've used so far, which is very unfortunate for an app that costs $39.99 per month. NOTHING just works, every single minor change I wanted I had to contact support. Then it would get escalated and take up to 48hrs to make the small changes. Also not a lot of options for customization available. You cant change a lot of sizes colors or anything really. Conditions can't be easily added to other sets, super time consuming.

Great Support, patience and kind, we worked a couple of hours to fix the bug on my page. Stop working after 5 years.

Quick support

We had some bad code and other issues and have a complicated set of products and options to deal with. I was able to spend so much time with the support team it really helped. Muaza was listed as the last rep and was able to assist in locating some bad code that was not part of thier app but appeared to be. The learning curve is there but once you get it the app is very robust.

Great app. It is easy to use and when I have run into a challenge I just open a chat and the support team looks right into it and fixes any challenges I am having with integration or function. Would highly recommend. I feel that it makes my options on my site user friendly and appealing.

Any time you try and make any change, be prepared for it to mess with another random part of the options you've set up. I try and do anything simple and something goes wrong, and then customer service are sure to explain to you the stuff you've already tried and not address the problems. Ever.

Great product, very useful for all your product options. A little hard to understand at first, but they have great support which will get you setup and going. Once you understand how it works, it's very easy to use. I've been using it for 3 years now and I'm still very happy with it. Glen

The features are suited well to those that require multiple variant options with conditional settings on their store. Their support is also superb, with a video walkthrough meeting provided to ensure you can utilise the app to its full effect.

SC Product Options is a great app, very easy to use, and works no matter how many products you have. It is even possible to book a face to face meeting to get individual issues solved, with plenty of slots available for different times. Thank you Harun for helping!
