SC Product Options

Our Auto parts store would have been just like everyone else if we wouldn't have integrated BOLD product options app. This app along with Shopify was able to take our store to the next level. We have been able to market one product in many different locations to insure higher up sales. Since we use the premium option for our app, if was a bit difficult to implement the code, but the BOLD support team was amazing at fixing the issue. The worked and fixed it in a very quickly manner.

Product Options is possibly the biggest time-saver out of every app on the shopify market. It's a somewhat daunting task getting it installed, but Bold Apps' directions are very clear and precise. If you're frustrated with Shopify's variants, then Product Options is a must have. Our store, eluxycomputers.com, has products with up to six option categories and many choices within those categories. It would take legitimately hundreds of variant configurations for each product to be able to do this normally, but product options solves this problem. I highly recommend it!

This App solved my problem with Variant limits. Our website is now working exactly the way we envisioned it. www.toppingtown.com I never write reviews but this one was worth telling others about. We attempted to modify the liquid code ourselves and it was a little too much coding for our taste but we simply paid for the liquid code install from the Bold Apps team and it was completed in a few days. Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.

We had an issue with our store where our related products weren't showing. Since our theme was a generic one we had further customized, setting this up required extra code which I couldn't personally figure out. We reached out to Shopify "gurus" and they told us it was an issue with Bold Apps. It wasn't. We initially spoke with Ashley C through Bold web chat and she sent us over to Mona in your Tier 1 merchant success team. Mona is an absolute professional and took care of us very quickly, we were eventually sent to the tier two team where Kirtana took care of our issue fixing everything on the back end and leaving the updated theme in our editor. All we had to was set the theme to "live" and everything was perfect. We cannot thank your Bold team enough for the amazing product and customer service you provide, even though this wasn't an issue related directly to your product you all went above and beyond to provide a solution. Again, we cannot thank you all enough. A great business is shaped by its employees and management and you are all doing a fantastic job, we highly recommend using Bold Products for your Shopify store.

First off, just wanted to say that the customer service and response time in emails back is just 100% excellent with Bold Apps. It's funny how they are Bold apps and we are Bold Shirts! If you can see on our site www.BoldShirts.com we use this app on all our products and it works so good! - another app they have which works really good is the Social Autopilot - plus its free!

I'm a small business owner based in London, England. I'm developing my new website using Shopify and this App. In a few weeks it will replace my bespoke website for which I paid many thousands of Pounds and continue to pay substantial maintenance fees. I am selling passenger transportation services, not tee shirts or trainers - so I need a very comprehensive platform - which this app provides.'Product Options' gives me total control of sales 'engine' of my business. I really don't know what we would do without this app! When we set out to build our ecommerce site we weren't even sure if it was possible to achieve the level of product customization we were envisioning, and after several weeks of sifting through and testing out a few handfuls of ecommerce services, the absolute only solution that gave us adjustable pricing, conditional logic, unlimited product variants, customizable appearance and everything else we needed was Shopify with Product Options by BoldApps. We have been extremely impressed with this app—I honestly don't know if our online store would exist right now without it. And on top of that, the Support Team at Bold Apps has been absolutely AMAZING. They have have been nothing but helpful, patient, and polite every single time that we've contacted them. The app is fantastic. We have a huge number of options for our products and this application makes the organization of the options much easier to handle. Had a little issue with the options not showing up in the cart, but their customer service is top notch. They were quick to offer support and get things running perfectly. If there are cheaper options out there, it will be tough to make up the value of their customer support. We have full confidence if we have any future issues they would respond and solve it quickly.
