the app and support is ok. i do believe the agents try their best to help but in the time it takes them to answer your message you might figure out the issue yourself. also the answer doesnt always answer your question so you might have to elaborate to get your point across. there are a handful of youtube videos and a lot of documentations files that could be written better. also had to create multiple css scripts to achieve the look i wanted as they only have very basic and limited settings in their styling options. one good point is that they seem to have round clock support so if you cant figure something out they will gather details and send you a loom video on how to complete it. a bit of a learning curve for those who never done product personalization but this app isnt as complex as teeinblue which was more expensive and had west coast support hours (might not work for you if you're on the east cost. all in all not bad but i will be looking for an alternative

I have been using this app for a few weeks. I am still learning how to do certain things, but every time I have a question, the chat team is super helpful! They have even went as far as adjusting the app features on their end to make the product work better on my site. Highly recommend!

Numerous customisation options are provided in the app, with multiple branding features as well, to set up the customisation and preview text as well. Very proactive support team with a live agent working on the issue as per the requirements and providing necessary solutions to the questions. Some of the improvements can be done in the current UI and options, and the best part is support team is very positive about feedback and improvements and also works on them when possible.

Zepto Personalizer has made a noticeable difference in how I use my website. The recommendations are accurate and the app feels very responsive. I also like the regular updates and new features. Support was helpful when I had a question. Overall, a 5-star experience!

Be warned: there is no way to see which products are connected to which customizer templates. _____ After building multiple templates and using this app for a long time (in our case, nearly two years), we now have hundreds of products and no visibility into which template is applied where. That makes editing, troubleshooting, and maintaining your store an absolute nightmare. _____ If something breaks or needs updating, you’re stuck guessing which products are affected. There’s no dashboard view, no mapping, no association list — nothing. For an app whose entire purpose is to connect product pages to customizer templates, this is a massive design flaw. _____ Support confirmed this is not possible and called it a “feature request.” That’s honestly unbelievable. Knowing what your own system is attached to is not a “feature request” — it’s a basic core function. _____ On top of that, we ran into errors editing old templates because they changed how HTML is handled, which broke previously working setups. Fixing simple text formatting required workarounds and support intervention. _____ This app can work, but the lack of template-to-product visibility creates long-term management chaos. Until they add a way to see and manage which products are tied to each template, store owners should be very cautious about relying on this long-term. _____ Once they make an update to this feature I will update my review

Zepto is a fantastic app, really flexible with very good features, integrations and really well thought out to make it user friendly. After trying some other customizer apps, Zepto stands out by far, making it really simple to set up complicated customizer options but have them very simple to manage across multiple products. Support from the Zepto team is also top rate, they have always been available very quickly and answered any questions I have thoroughly and have never been unable to provide a satisfactory answer and assistance. Pricing is also very reasonable, giving plenty of options at the different plan levels so you can start out small without paying a huge amount for it, and scale up as needed. Definitely recommended!

I'm 50 and decent with computers but and was terrified of using one of these apps with my Shopify but I didn't want to pay for Shopify plus. I Choose Product Personalizer because it seemed to fit our needs the most. I watched 1/2 of one of the training videos and I had it down. Super easy! I then had an issue with the order confirmation and packing slip not showing the personalized info. They responded on chat quickly and I had it fixed in minutes. Highly recommend!!
