Perfect for Small Businesses – So Easy to Use! I'm a small business owner (thepaperboatshop.com) and this is my first time using Shopify, so I was a bit nervous about setting everything up. Zepto's Product Personalization app has made the whole process incredibly easy. The interface is super intuitive, and it was simple to get up and running. The support team has been fantastic—really responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We have been happy with the app for about a year now. We had some issues with adding the app to our new, updated theme and the support team fixed it quickly for us. They are very responsive and helpful. We had another question about the app several months later and their customer service team took the extra time to record a video explaining the issue so we could better understand and fix future issues ourselves.
