I have received excellent support each time I reached out. They sent me detailed videos on how to set up and answer my questions. There is so much functionality available and for a very low cost. Its very easy for my customers to use

This app is terrible. I got completely frustrated trying to set it up. Every step has issues, with no proper guidance—total waste of time. Worst experience ever. When I raised a support ticket asking for help, they kept asking for extra payment every time. It’s been almost a month, and I still haven’t received proper support. Worst support from an executive named Atik.

we have unintalled this app but they still are charging us for monthly subscriptions.

Love the app and the service they provide when you run into (styling) issues. They helped me initially to set it up when I ran into some performance issues and just now with a styling issue. Superfast response and accurate.
