I have been using this app for a few weeks. I am still learning how to do certain things, but every time I have a question, the chat team is super helpful! They have even went as far as adjusting the app features on their end to make the product work better on my site. Highly recommend!

Numerous customisation options are provided in the app, with multiple branding features as well, to set up the customisation and preview text as well. Very proactive support team with a live agent working on the issue as per the requirements and providing necessary solutions to the questions. Some of the improvements can be done in the current UI and options, and the best part is support team is very positive about feedback and improvements and also works on them when possible.

Zepto Personalizer has made a noticeable difference in how I use my website. The recommendations are accurate and the app feels very responsive. I also like the regular updates and new features. Support was helpful when I had a question. Overall, a 5-star experience!

This is excellent product. I used it my Shopify store and very easy to implement. Their online support is exceptional.

Outstanding customer support and product for our needs. Whenever we have had issues they take it seriously and fix it quickly and check in with you. Originally, the biggest problem was that there was no way to see which products were connected to which customizer templates. With hundreds of products, that created serious management headaches. Editing or troubleshooting meant guessing what was attached where, which is not sustainable long term. The team has now added an “Assigned List” inside the template view, which clearly shows the products connected to that template. That alone solves the core visibility issue. They also improved the search functionality and added an “Apply to All” option, which makes managing large product catalogs much easier. These updates directly address the concerns I raised. I was very critical before because the limitation genuinely created operational risk for stores like ours. To their credit, they listened and implemented meaningful changes. Support stayed responsive throughout the process, and the improvements show they’re serious about building a better long-term product. If you’re managing a large catalog and rely on templates, this update makes a big difference. Appreciate the team for taking the feedback seriously.

Zepto is a fantastic app, really flexible with very good features, integrations and really well thought out to make it user friendly. After trying some other customizer apps, Zepto stands out by far, making it really simple to set up complicated customizer options but have them very simple to manage across multiple products. Support from the Zepto team is also top rate, they have always been available very quickly and answered any questions I have thoroughly and have never been unable to provide a satisfactory answer and assistance. Pricing is also very reasonable, giving plenty of options at the different plan levels so you can start out small without paying a huge amount for it, and scale up as needed. Definitely recommended!

I'm 50 and decent with computers but and was terrified of using one of these apps with my Shopify but I didn't want to pay for Shopify plus. I Choose Product Personalizer because it seemed to fit our needs the most. I watched 1/2 of one of the training videos and I had it down. Super easy! I then had an issue with the order confirmation and packing slip not showing the personalized info. They responded on chat quickly and I had it fixed in minutes. Highly recommend!!

We trialled most of the product personalisation and design apps available on Shopify, and Zepto was the only solution capable of handling our complex requirements. Our setup involves multiple decoration methods, different logo sizes, several placement options, conditional pricing, and multi-view designs — and Zepto gave us the flexibility and control we needed where other apps fell short. What really sets Zepto apart is the support team. They’ve been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent about what’s possible, helping us work through a genuinely complex build rather than offering generic answers. That level of support makes a huge difference when you’re pushing an app beyond simple use cases. If you’re running anything more advanced than basic text or image personalisation — especially workwear or B2B products — Zepto is easily the most capable option we found on Shopify.
