We have been using Bold Options for the last 5/6 years, although we were happy with this solution our customer were asking for preview. This app is light years ahead of any option apps available today on Shopify. The app works as advertised, does not crash and is straightforward. The help files are very detail and easy to use. Unfortunately the function that add a cost to an option needs to be coded in house, this can be a little overwhelming if working with codes scares you. Laguiole-Imports.com

Absolutely a fantastic app that has transformed our customer experience. We sell customized fingerprint jewelry and being able to see custom inscriptions "engraved" on the piece as they type - even curving text around the inside of a ring! - is so helpful for our customers. It also handles the addition of accessories, like a chain, a birthstone charm, a premium bail, etc., and shows those additions dynamically on the product photo. The ability to use conditional logic to show/hide different options is also key, allowing us to be really flexible in how we set up our products (see https://legacytouch.com for examples of what is possible). A little bit of a learning curve, sure; but, that generally comes with the territory when you have lots of flexibility and options. Support, in general, is really good. Not super communicative, but very willing to implement special requests and troubleshoot bugs in a timely manner. I do wish there was a better way to handle deploying bug fixes and code updates - those generally get pushed to our production site without notice and have occasionally caused issues. But overall, we are very pleased with this app.

There aren't enough stars for how helpful the support tech was. I wanted a complicated feature added to my page and he fixed it in moments. Friendly, patient and totally proficient. AMAZING!!!

We tried a couple different configurator apps but we decided to stick with this one. Configuring it might be a little tough for beginners, however, they have great support and reply times. Price is very reasonable compared to other configurator apps, who don’t even reply to support tickets.

I needed an app to allow my customers to personalize products. This app has delivered! The support is absolutely like nothing I have ever witnessed before. Numan has been a hero and helped me until everything was set up perfectly. I can’t thank him and the senior developer enough. the apps itself is excellent, but the reply speed take a little time, so here i advise developer should improve that, anyway, 8 out of 10, keep 2 to improve

There are some features that we cannot modify by ourselves , however the support is always there to help : Saifullah answers and resolves our issues so quickly and efficiently ! We couldn't ask for better support !

I used this app to add plant options for our products plant ionizer. It's exactly what I wanted. I faced a problem during the process but they helped to solve it. Now everything runs perfectly!

The best app for product customization so far!!! The team is very helpful and extremely responsive. They provides us with their Skype account when we had some issue to be fixed. The owner of the app contacted us directly and it was solved like in couple of hours. Would highly recommend the app!!!

This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I have spent over a month looking for a solution, even going as far as contacting a developer who was going to charge thousands of dollars to do what Shopify and Product Personalizer can do for a small fraction of the price. The support has been great, Saifullah has been a HUGE help in answering my questions and going beyond to help configure my products. This is a win!

What can I say? I have compared and tested a few other product personalizer Apps, but found this one to be head above the others. The ease of configuration, the ability to preview and custom price every customization is just amazing. This product is really worth every cent and I will highly recommend this for anyone who wants to have a world-class product personalizer at an affordable price. We had some issues, as with any app and which anyone can testify to, but the support has just been outstanding. Tonight, the entire team attended to an issue we had, we communicated over Skype, I was able to share some frustrations and the team really stepped up. Within an hour, my issue was resolved and I am glad I selected to partner with this great company.

shop is not live yet, so can´t say if customers love it like I do. I think Saifullah just improved the apps performance significantly a few days back. Love it even more now.

I'm probably pushing this app further than most will need to (Full label design for bottles including multiple base labels, fonts, colours, images - you name it) and it works! For the price, I couldn't find another app that worked at this level and simplicity for the customer. I've also reached out to support which they managed to add both my requests in a few days. It's not perfect - It does take a little time and trial and error to get it to do what you want, but it can be done. Also, check it in other browsers as usual - Chrome/Firefox was fine, IE took some extra config with sizes and looked a mess at first. Overall, I would recommend it just for the price and configuration options - stick with it a little and make sure you test as you go.

This app is just awesome! It does exactly what I needed it to do, at a fair price. It integrates seamlessly with our product pages and cart, so no ugly iframes to worry about. The install was pretty straight forward, however we had a template that required some additional tweaking. Saifullah and the team were able to simply and easily solve it - great customer service. Thanks again guys!

This app has been a game changer for my site! I have been able to configure very complicated personalizations. There was a learning curve but that is to be expected with an app that has so much to offer. I contacted tech support for 2 different issues I was having and received almost immediate response and resolution. I fully recommend!
