Not sure yet. I am trying to figure this out. I am having major issue with trying to get Aliexpress reviews transferred. It just continues to say scanning. I also can't get the email DNS to be verified. It looked like i needed to add my email in the field. I now deleted whatever email code was in there and now i see errors in red. So far its a bad experience.

I highly recommend Stamped.io from at least 3 points of views: 1. great options to get reviews and than share them to get new customers; 2. widgets that will not only fit your shopify store, but will make it even more beautiful; 3. support team that it's taking terms like "professional help" or "specialists" to a whole new level. + you might get extra the feeling that your Development Dept. got bigger, because they will surely act like your colleagues.

I used Stamped.io for almost two years (not the 10 months shown due to technical reasons) and in that time the company went from being pretty darn good to pretty darn bad. Maybe it has something to do with the change in ownership, but I finally ditched this company in favour of a different one - for less money too. The deciding factor was page load times. My Reviews page at one point took 40 seconds to load! Across mobile and desktop, there was a real delay in any page that had Stamped code and that's just un-acceptable. The urgent communication with customer service took a day and here was the response: "Apologies for the inconvenience. Regarding the widgets speed issue, the engineering team is working to increase the DB capacity to improve the load speed. Rest assured that we are working to improve the speed issue and there will be a big difference very soon :) Let us know if there are any doubts on this." I had doubts and glad I switched. My page speeds are back to normal.

good app, great customer service! They were very responsive and helpful helping me set up and syncing reviews across multiple shopify stores.

The app is good. I think its basic and simple enough for someone to get the hang of it. Love it and would recommend to others.

Although there is room for improvement, Stamped is ahead of the competition, much better pricing and a lot more intuitive

A little confusing to work but overall a great app - a requires a bit of a learning curve. also overlaps with functions of several other apps i already have installed, so don't love that. But i would recommend overall!

Really helpful customer support. We switched to another review platform, then switched back a few months later because Stamped is very well integrated with the Shopify platform and highly customizable about which products/people get emailed review requests and which do not.

Set up was fairly easy. I needed to have them customize the coupon CTAs and they did it quickly. Would have been nice to have that feature built-in though so we can do it ourselves instead of always having to email CS.

This reviews app has a great intuitiveness to it. I first used Shopify Reviews to import all of my Etsy Reviews, and other website reviews - after some time I wanted the capibility to send email requests for reviews, which Shopify Reviews did not have. This program is great for getting more reviews, and integrating to so many platforms - it also has a great platform for expansion, meaning the more expensive plans give you bigger and better benefits which is exciting.

Really easy to setup and customize in a day. It's excellent how you can pull purchases from the past six months to send out reviews. You can also select which items from the customer's order you want them to review and more. Couldn't be happier with the product so far. Thanks everyone.

Amazing service! I had some issues where old products were accidentally deleted so I lost 500+ reviews. The team were so helpful and replied to all of my emails within just a couple of hours (even with the time difference), and had my issue fixed and my reviews reinstated, and they even upgraded my widget while they were at it. So impressed!

This app is awesome! There are so many customization options and it looks superb on the website! The support team has also been extremely nice, helpful, and quick to help me resolve any issue or customization I wanted to make for my review widgets. I would definitely recommend this app over any others out there!
