I am SUPER HAPPY with this app! It was very easy to install and get set up. Since installing it my number of reviews from customers has gone WAY up. I love it! I have reached out to customer support twice since I had the app. They always respond quickly and actually make the change or fix for me rather than just copying the "Help" notes. Highly recommend! I am not very tech savvy at all and this app has given me the ability to automatically request reviews from customers in a format that is easy for them to respond to; publish the review to my website; promote them on social media and have user photos as well. The proof is in the increase in the number of reviews (more in just a few months than in over several years on other apps) and the customer service and support is excellent. Worth it for this app!~

I have been using Stamped.io to collect reviews for many months now, and it really works a treat. My site now offers a level of trust that I did not have before, which is definitely driving sales. I started with the FREE version as this offers enough functionality to start collecting reviews through emailing Customers. (You can even tailor the review email text in the free version, something you can't do with some competitor apps unless you go Premium). I recently upgraded to the BASIC plan so I can incorporate photo reviews, and admittedly I did need some help getting this set up (I am not as technically-minded as many of you out there!) but in terms of Support it has been a breath of fresh air - simply the best Support I have experienced from any Shopify app over the past 4 years. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. HUGE thanks to the Team at stamped.io and keep up the awesome work! 5 Stars!
