I own a very high-volume Shopify store. StampedIO is the WORST review app available. The pricing gets out of control as your business grows. When I tried to get my reviews 1st they won't give them to you. Then I had to get Shopify involved so they gave me a CSV file with formating issues so you have to reformate the CSV so it can be used.

Very easy to install, set up review emails etc. It looks like a really great app for my small business website and the free version is the perfect way for me to start growing.

Has always been an awesome tool and new upgrades make it even better! Simple automation rules and does the hard work for you. A great way to promote great coffee ;)

Cheaper than Yotpo, a better app, amazing customer service. Very impressed! It was recommended to me by a top Facebook agency and we couldn't be happier so far. Looking forward to moving to higher-tiered plans as our store grows.

I am updating my review to the lowest possible rating. I have been seeking help for the same issue for two months, yet I have seen no meaningful resolution—only repeated requests for more information. The assigned support representative, Arjun, has been unhelpful, lacks communication skills, and shows no real willingness to assist. Additionally, we will be switching platforms as Stamped has effectively stopped providing us with services, claiming we exceeded the order limit for our plan. This is incorrect—our marketplace orders are somehow being counted towards our plan, even though we are not supposed to send review requests to marketplace customers. Overall, I am downgrading my review from 5 stars to 0 if I could!"

Have been using this app for a while, tons of great features. We are on the Business plan, I love using the Rewards and Loyalty snippets. Great app, a complete app I would say. Highly Recommended. This app is great. It does exactly what I need, which is to help me win the confidence of my clients. I have seen my conversion increase for sure, and the support is awesome.

So far so good! like all the functionality and Stamped were very helpful in setting up. Looking forward to learning more and using more features as we grow.... The auto facebook reviews post etc is a really nice feature.... and as a whole it blends and displays very nicely with our site.! Great stuff....

Good support, clean looking app. I had some issues installing as I am using a page builder, but the support team helped me very quickly.

This app is great as you can customize the emails sent out to your customers for reviews. I had a little bit of bother setting up the main widget for the product reviews to show on my website. But after an email to customer support the problem was sorted within a few hours. Recommended
