Like the app. Decent reporting, and they keep improving features. Good customization options with the widgets, and when we needed review stars to show up in a different place, they were able to take care of it for us. Also, Rich Snippets for Google Merchant Center, which some review apps don't provide. Definitely check this one out if you're looking for features, analytics, and support.

Have only had the app for a week. Customisations need a developer but the basic features are great and so is the customer service after installation.

Came across to Stampd from another large review company....change over was a breeze. Imported previous reviews no problems. Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and helpful. Have synced reviews across multiple stores which was a nice touch.

The app is very easy to use from a shop admin point of view and also for our customers. We recommend this app for easy management of your reviews. Improvements that would make it more user-friendly for the shop admin: 1. Being able to add hyperlinks to refer customers to a specific URL. 2. If the app could create review links for individual products. It has a feature where one can do that, but if you have many products and variants it is a nightmare to do this manually.

App is difficult to set up and use, does not work with gmail and did not collect any reviews for me during the six weeks I used it. When I decided to change apps, I was unable to download the reviews I had collected from another app and imported into stamped.io., despite following their method of using filters. If you have a lot of time and patience to spend chatting with customer support, you can probably get this to work. If you want an app that works out of the box, however, this is not it.
Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. Our app definitely works with Gmail, and you'll be able to update the settings to use your store's own email address. I've used a few review apps the past couple years and this one is by far the most robust, bug-free and easy to use. Haven't required reaching out to support but a couple of times. They've always been super quick to respond and have ben very helpful. Glad to have made the switch. Thank you.

I like how it automatically schedules out emails to the customers, giving them enough time to receive the order and check out the product. This is a great review app and I'm so glad I found it.

Love Stamped. Great service and great price! If you are looking for a review app this is the one to use! UPDATE: This app truly is wonderful. Support is always on top of things and they always reply in a timely manner. They are willing to work with you on any issue, no matter how long it takes. Can not recommend enough. Very pleased.

Lovell M. was super helpful in developing the slight customization we requested. Updated us daily and got it done in a timely manner. Great support with fast help when needed! Been using stamped for a while now, and it has never let us down, great way to allow customers to leave valuable feedback on products for future customers in an organized section on each page.
