1) Customer service is 5* amazing. They respond SO quickly. Best customer service by far out of all the apps I've installed. Worthy enough to deserve an entire review on their own... but there's more. 2) EASY to set up and use app. You can literally set it up within an hour or two at the most even if you were to get confused. 3) Got SOO many reviews!

I've been using this app for about a year now. I like the automation on review requests and have received many product reviews from it. I also like the different display options. Support is quick to respond & helpful.

This is one of the best apps in the app store imo. Does just about everything some of the bigger reviews companies do at a fraction of the price. Their team is always improving the app so it keeps getting better. Customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced.

Not only is this app amazing, but their support is even better. I have worked with several people from their team (most recently, Martin) and they are all very eager to help and deal with my nit-picky requests. Customer service and response time on the folks working for this app are impressive! They helped me transition over to stamped from an existing product reviews app within a day and helped fix minor formatting issues working through the weekend! The functionality of the app is also great. Images from customers are laid out very well and the ability to sort and rate is also great. We are using reviews on google shopping as well so big thank you to all of the help we got on this! Don't hesitiate to use them.

This app came in place to assist with increasing the volume of reviews, but also with displaying them across our site. The automated email sent to customers allows us to effortlessly collect reviews, whilst also managing them appropriately, both with automated rules and manual moderation. In terms of displaying the widget on site, the out of the box solution wasn't quite right for us, but the Stamped team helped us to create more of a bespoke widget that suits our site incredibly well. The level of service from the Stamped team is impeccable, with quick response times, really strong knowledge and a real consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend Stamped!

Fantastic app, If you want to take your reviews to the next level then this is the app you need. Really easy to setup and use. Not to mention the guys are super helpful and will happily jump in and help you setup and tweak. Cant recommend highly enough!

The Stamped app is super easy to set up! We had reviews that we didn't want to lose and the transfer into Stamped was super easy. Customer service is very responsive and even helped to customize the look of the reviews on our website.

The app is fine, nothing spectacular but it works really well. Where the value lies in their ability to provide amazing customer support 24/7. Their support is worth every single cent of the enterprise plan. There are a lot of app providers that should take the time and learn from these guys. I have never had such a great experience with an app to date.

The best thing about stamped.io is their customer support I would love to see these people always successful as they are doing excellent job.

I love Stamped. We switched from Okendo and I'm happy with it. We pay less, but getting much more. The support is awesome. I hope we will use it for a long time.

After jumping to an appropriate plan, I noticed an immediate increase in the number of reviews we were receiving. In doing so we got first-hand feedback on our products, could give customers a better PPE and also address any concerns or issue customers had to turn detractors into brand advocates. I would like a bit of a better interface to manage the pending list, or a way to display reviews for products no longer on our store (we remove sold out products we won't repurchase). That last bit might be on shopify but it could be cool to have a "hall of fame" of reviews. Thanks
