Update 11/2/2022 - Loved Stamped before, but it's been having a lot of issues lately. The reviews are not loading properly. The app is very slow. Very disappointed with this app recently. We've been loyal for 3 years, but it may be time to switch to a better app. This app is wonderful. First of all, you get a really amazing support as you transition to their app. They respond really quickly to my questions/emails. They installed the app on our site and they even took out the old widget. Even before signing on as an enterprise user, they offered to migrate our old reviews to the new one. Love the interface and how you can customize everything. They have really amazing tools and features. Just loving everything about this review app. It's so easy and even if you can't do it yourself, you have a team that you can count on to help you solve any problems. I definitely recommend this app, whether you're a small business or a big company. Update 8/14/2019 - Still loving the app and customer service. The Instagram Feature is so easy to use and install to my site. Stamped.io truly has one of the best customer support out there. The app has variety of features and widgets, looks very professional on my website, and the customer service is exceptional. The team is highly responsive, answers my questions, and resolves all of my issues within just a few hours. Highly recommend!

I use this app for automated review collection and display with UGC. It performs very well, and the development team seems to be constantly evolving the app. I think it's the best low-cost review app in the Shopify app store. Recently I needed some development assistance fixing some items after a theme change, and their support team was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and patient while dealing with me and my request. I honestly can't thank them enough, so hopefully this review helps the Stamped team feel appreciated!

I was skeptical being that they did not offer phone support. WOW, was I proved wrong. Their email support is better than any other phone support I have received. VERY happy!

Wow, received incredible service today. Had some troll review on our website that caused quite a bit of drama but Tommy managed to respond and fix it all within an hour. Really took the stress away from a small business owner like myself. Highly recommend Stamped.IO for their simple to use interface, and most importantly customer service!

I sell vintage which is why I chose to install the Stamped.io Reviews app on my site rather than the more basic Product Reviews app. I wanted the ability to display my customer reviews as a group (as opposed to on a product page) because my items are all one-of-a-kind . The user documentation provided is good so I was able to get 90% of the way through by myself before I encountered an issue re: the photos uploading that required me to contact the support team directly. I am pleased to report they resolved everything very quickly, on a weekend no less! The functionality provided by the app is excellent and the support is even better.
