Excellent app and top notch service. Tech team is always quick to respond to any issues. Able to display ads with stars on Google by implementing a few tweaks.

This company offers the best customer service, they are fast, responsive and will work with you to get everything set up. Their platform is extremely user friendly, one of the best apps I have seen.

I switched from Yotpo to Stamped and love Stamped!! It's enabled me to send more requests for review, thereby generating more reviews and social proof for my website. The interface is really easy to use, and customising emails is simple.

This app is priceless. Our old review system was clunky and the team behind the big Y were never about helping stores. Ivan and Tommy with Stampe.io are the best. Fast response and even quicker solutions.

Staff is always really helpful. Helped me with integrations and customisations. App works great. Request review email (up to 500 with premium plan). Pay annually and get 2 months for free. Many other functionalities. A lot cheaper than most competitors. Really recommend it.

Been using Stamped for several months now and I'm very satisfied with the app as well as the support from Ivan and Tommy. The app works well and for the price, I think the features are just as good or even better than the other review apps I've tried. But it's the support from the team that gives me confidence to stick with Stamped. They are prompt and very helpful, and I feel like they empathise with what I'm trying to do, which results in very quick and effective support. Probably the one thing I'd want more is the ability to do more drag and drop customisation to the email templates. Currently, it feels quite basic and the default designs aren't very modern. That would be helpful for merchants that don't have extensive HTML/CSS capabilities. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this app.

The app is great - it has automated the process and helps get more more reviews. Beats having to manually emailing each customer after each order has shipped to get that elusive review! A total time saver!

Its great. Does everything you'd want in a review app. Make sure to check if the review snippet code installed so star ratings show on google search. Mine did not automatically get added.

Just installing Stamped today and ran into a few (self-caused) hitches. However, Stamped very promptly sorted it out; even going into my Shopify account to get it right. So far, great! They also had a missing bit on their instructions, but they acknowledged that and fixed it. Good to see - no defensiveness!

Update 11/2/2022 - Loved Stamped before, but it's been having a lot of issues lately. The reviews are not loading properly. The app is very slow. Very disappointed with this app recently. We've been loyal for 3 years, but it may be time to switch to a better app. This app is wonderful. First of all, you get a really amazing support as you transition to their app. They respond really quickly to my questions/emails. They installed the app on our site and they even took out the old widget. Even before signing on as an enterprise user, they offered to migrate our old reviews to the new one. Love the interface and how you can customize everything. They have really amazing tools and features. Just loving everything about this review app. It's so easy and even if you can't do it yourself, you have a team that you can count on to help you solve any problems. I definitely recommend this app, whether you're a small business or a big company. Update 8/14/2019 - Still loving the app and customer service. The Instagram Feature is so easy to use and install to my site. Stamped.io truly has one of the best customer support out there. Thanks!!! <3 Update 2/12/2020 - The Stamped.io team is really wonderful to work with. They are quick to reply to customer support issues and they are great at problem solving. Love, love, love!

The app has variety of features and widgets, looks very professional on my website, and the customer service is exceptional. The team is highly responsive, answers my questions, and resolves all of my issues within just a few hours. Highly recommend!
