I've reviews more than 10 different review apps, even competitors that are way more expensive and Stamped kicks their butt! It's way more customisable, looks great, and their support is fast and helpful. Cheers!

I've been using this app for a few months now and I really enjoy it. I contacted support to sort out a few things and Martin helped with it. He provided great customer service and I really recommend this app to all.

I use this app for automated review collection and display with UGC. It performs very well, and the development team seems to be constantly evolving the app. I think it's the best low-cost review app in the Shopify app store. Recently I needed some development assistance fixing some items after a theme change, and their support team was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and patient while dealing with me and my request. I honestly can't thank them enough, so hopefully this review helps the Stamped team feel appreciated!

I was skeptical being that they did not offer phone support. WOW, was I proved wrong. Their email support is better than any other phone support I have received. VERY happy!

Customer service very helpful. I wanted my review stars to appear on both my product page and home page on shopify and they helped me customize everything down to the exact color of my stars!!! 5 stars for Ivan at stamped.io

Wow, received incredible service today. Had some troll review on our website that caused quite a bit of drama but Tommy managed to respond and fix it all within an hour. Really took the stress away from a small business owner like myself. Highly recommend Stamped.IO for their simple to use interface, and most importantly customer service!

I sell vintage which is why I chose to install the Stamped.io Reviews app on my site rather than the more basic Product Reviews app. I wanted the ability to display my customer reviews as a group (as opposed to on a product page) because my items are all one-of-a-kind . The user documentation provided is good so I was able to get 90% of the way through by myself before I encountered an issue re: the photos uploading that required me to contact the support team directly. I am pleased to report they resolved everything very quickly, on a weekend no less! The functionality provided by the app is excellent and the support is even better. Stamped.IO was super easy to set up get live on our site. Few things to note: their customer service team is super helpful, but really only available via email. They are super responsive and were very hands on in getting our first ever review platform live. We were able to import previous orders via Shopify (which they helped with) to jumpstart the reviews on products. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because you have to sometimes save things multiple times before they are live on the front end of your site. It's only been a few weeks, but for the price I would highly recommend!

Regarding the frontend changes to the display widget layout, it does take a couple of seconds (usually less than 1-2 minutes) to sync into Shopify's database before showing the updated settings.
