So glad I found this app. The user interface is simple and easy to navigate. I appreciate the fact that I can customize my emails to meet the needs of my shop. It's also easy for the customer to leave a review and isn't some long complicated process as other review platforms. Will definitely be keeping!

Awesome app, worth every cent and more. At first i had some issues with how reviews were displayed, however the support team responded super quick and pin pointed what the issue was, and it got fixed immediately. Both app and support are amazing! My store is brand new, so i don't have many customers so far, but I can't wait to get more customers in my store to upgrade to the next plan!

This is a good app backed up by great support. We've been running this app on our store for two years now and it really does the job. But, what I really want to say is how good the support is. The support team got back to me with an answer in less than 12 hours. They fixed the problem and answered all my questions. Superb! I highly recommend this review app to anyone on Shopify.

If everything works, it works well. If it doesn't work -- you can expect a 3 to 5 day turnaround for technical support. I'm transitioning my 2 business accounts to another company. This will be a net loss of $125 for Stamped.io

Yes, you can indeed exclude products from review requests using Shopify's Product Tags via Stamped.io => Settings => Exclusions. This is a very user friendly app. I like the email templates. Everything is running smoothly. I had a question about a feature and the customer service team were very helpful and were quick to help me set up the feature I was looking for. Very happy.

I love this app ! It is very well structured and I am getting awesome reviews from my customers. They are also automatically posted to facebook, which is a plus. I would highly recommend this app to other shopify store owners.

1) Customer service is 5* amazing. They respond SO quickly. Best customer service by far out of all the apps I've installed. Worthy enough to deserve an entire review on their own... but there's more. 2) EASY to set up and use app. You can literally set it up within an hour or two at the most even if you were to get confused. 3) Got SOO many reviews!

I've been using this app for about a year now. I like the automation on review requests and have received many product reviews from it. I also like the different display options. Support is quick to respond & helpful.

Been using this platform for a few years now and I love it. Excellent customer service and very easy-to-use platform! I've been very impressed with the support provided during setup and troubleshooting. Would definitely recommend!

Tommy is the real deal. This is the BEST review app out there for a fraction of the cost of many "premium" review services. Don't look elsewhere!!

This is one of the best apps in the app store imo. Does just about everything some of the bigger reviews companies do at a fraction of the price. Their team is always improving the app so it keeps getting better. Customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced.

I needed a question answered regarding how the app works from the customer perspective. Support got back to me very promptly with the answer I needed. For the most part this app works very smoothly. One improvement I would like to see is faster searching in the review request queue. It takes a long time to get your search answer. Perhaps automatically archiving review requests after 3 months or so would clean up the queue to make searching faster. When I manually archive old review requests it does speed up searches, however this seems like an unnecessary task that I don't really have time or inclination to do.

Just to clarify, there's actually an option available that you can unpublish the published photos without deleting them, so only the reviews get shown. As for replying to reviews, you can choose to "Notify by email" to email customers of your reply, so customers will get an email when you've responded to their review. Not only is this app amazing, but their support is even better. I have worked with several people from their team (most recently, Martin) and they are all very eager to help and deal with my nit-picky requests. They really go above and beyond and my site (www.MANSSION.com) would not look as good without them. Highly recommended!

This app is agile and very useful. Their customer support is, oh well, very supportive and efficient. We get many reviews every day, so I guess this is also an easy and friendly experience for our clients

Customer service and response time on the folks working for this app are impressive! They helped me transition over to stamped from an existing product reviews app within a day and helped fix minor formatting issues working through the weekend! The functionality of the app is also great. Images from customers are laid out very well and the ability to sort and rate is also great. We are using reviews on google shopping as well so big thank you to all of the help we got on this! Don't hesitiate to use them.
