This app came in place to assist with increasing the volume of reviews, but also with displaying them across our site. The automated email sent to customers allows us to effortlessly collect reviews, whilst also managing them appropriately, both with automated rules and manual moderation. In terms of displaying the widget on site, the out of the box solution wasn't quite right for us, but the Stamped team helped us to create more of a bespoke widget that suits our site incredibly well. The level of service from the Stamped team is impeccable, with quick response times, really strong knowledge and a real consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend Stamped!

Fantastic app, If you want to take your reviews to the next level then this is the app you need. Really easy to setup and use. Not to mention the guys are super helpful and will happily jump in and help you setup and tweak. Cant recommend highly enough!

Support is super helpful and amazingly quick. Love it and would highly recommend the app. Much more affordable than others so called google official.

The Stamped app is super easy to set up! We had reviews that we didn't want to lose and the transfer into Stamped was super easy. Customer service is very responsive and even helped to customize the look of the reviews on our website.

The app is fine, nothing spectacular but it works really well. Where the value lies in their ability to provide amazing customer support 24/7. Their support is worth every single cent of the enterprise plan. There are a lot of app providers that should take the time and learn from these guys. I have never had such a great experience with an app to date.

Reviews in general are a PITA. I was with Stamped for many years until they removed the "free" version and started charging way more than anyone else for a review app. I was already on the fence about staying with them and ironically had a problem one day that they couldn't solve. I found out about the problem by searching the web, it actually had nothing to do with the app it was a Microsoft issue however they should have known about it. In the process of getting this problem fixed I felt brushed off by the rep. I checked on my end, and everything is fine, so you have a nice day kind of thing, and I decided to find another company and I am SO glad I did because the new company is a perfect fit for my business.

I love Stamped. We switched from Okendo and I'm happy with it. We pay less, but getting much more. The support is awesome. I hope we will use it for a long time.

After jumping to an appropriate plan, I noticed an immediate increase in the number of reviews we were receiving. In doing so we got first-hand feedback on our products, could give customers a better PPE and also address any concerns or issue customers had to turn detractors into brand advocates. I would like a bit of a better interface to manage the pending list, or a way to display reviews for products no longer on our store (we remove sold out products we won't repurchase). That last bit might be on shopify but it could be cool to have a "hall of fame" of reviews. Thanks

We needed some help adding some code to our liquid.theme, in order for product reviews to show up in google search. Ivan Ong was amazing and super fast helping us with this. Really great support!

best reviews app. i used to use a different app but now i am with stamped. if you ever have any issues they are really fast to help. the price is also great too.

Literally the most amazing customer service and support imaginable. I kept requesting customization after customization, and Stamped.io kept happily implementing it. There is absolutely no reason to ever consider another Review App, because they will never give the service and support that Stamped does. We cannot recommend this app enough!
