I'm using this app to increase reviews on my store with emails. I like how you can customize the emails and schedule when they go out. I also like that you can reply to reviews. It's great that they have a free plan available for stores starting out. Also, their support was quick to respond when I needed to tweak the code for my theme. I'm looking forward to the time when I can upgrade my plan. UPDATE: I did upgrade my plan and love that customers can upload their own images of the product they purchased. I now have a Shopify 2.0 theme and needed help again with the code. Support fixed the code and made a video showing me how they did it.

We started using Stamped recently, and have found it very easy to use. There have been a couple of hiccups with syncing and design layout, but the customer support team at Stamped has been phenomenal at helping us work through these issues.

I've been using Stamped.io with my store for about a year now, and am very happy with the ability to show product reviews, as well as customer images. This is one of my MUST HAVE apps for my store VacationHomeAmenities.com. It makes it so easy for customers to leave a review, and the positive reviews have definitely increased my sales. The app is very easy to set up and use and I like that I can customize it to my store. I have had a few interactions with their customer service and they are always very quick to respond and help me with whatever I need. I highly recommend Stamped.io!

i emailed yotpo to give them a chance before i walked away but they never replied. So i emailed these guys after hearing great things, went to bed, woke up and the change over was done. customer service is spot on (im on the higher plan not sure if that makes a difference) Yotpo can go jump. same price for 6 times more orders processed and more flexibility and better customer service, very happy

Update: Still have quality customer support. The app was slowing down and Arjun fixed it without any further questions. I don't understand all the negative comments on this app. It can be buggy, but be patient and ask for assistance and in the end it works great!... -- Amazing customer support, needed help and the fixed it twice for me. Amazing app can't wait to build more reviews. Thank you!!

It's a great app that works exactly as it should! The only easy integration with Shopify that plugs into the Reviews App properly that fits with your store theme!

I can't recommend Stamped enough. The features they offer are fantastic and I don't think I have received such good customer service from any other company. They are super quick to respond and nothing is ever too much trouble. I suggest things that I am not sure are possible and they are always able to make them happen!
