Once Stamped.io is set up it can deliver great results and tons of positive reviews. Some of the product grouping functions are not intuitive but overall the app is working smoothly and helping my store.

So far so good. We were previously requesting reviews manually but the automated process in Stamped has done away with that. Seen a massive uplift in just a few days. The support team have been very helpful and quick to respond.

What a breath of fresh air it's been working with Stamped. We had been running YotPo for years and were debating an upgrade with them but decided to try out Stamped first. They made the integration easy, the porting of past reviews easy and it seems our customers are interacting with their platform much more often than they ever did with our old review system. I switched from Yotpo to Stamped.io at the recommendation of a friend and am glad I did. Their customer service is insanely good. I emailed them with two questions and they fixed my issues within minutes. Highly recommend this app!

This app is phenomenal. We wasted about a month with Yotpo and we weren't getting the support we needed. We found Stamped.io through a podcast and made the switch. They happily installed the program into our theme and helped us set everything up. What took us a month with Yotpo, took only 1 day with Stamped.io. The email support was very fast with their responses (like 5 minute response time) and very friendly. Highly recommend this app if you want excellent customer service and a great product.

its good as the advertise, but still lack of education about what to do more with the software, like the next step to maximize the potential of the apps (maybe create a blog post of tips and tricks, data analytics, etc to improve sales in website by maximize the potential of stamped) tq!

For the last two months all I've been doing is sending requests about the problems their app was creating to our website. I'm very tired of this. This app creates nothing but problems.

Great app- has everything you could look for in a reviews app. Even better, the team is always on hand to respond to any questions and will make reasonable adjustments if you request them. Price is a little high for all of the features, but so far it seems worth it to me.

The interface is lacking and left me confused on a few occasions. However, the customer support is top notch and with their help I am happy with the product. However, I wish it was easier to further customize the branding of emails.

I would rate Stamped.io a solid four stars. The base functionality of the app is great, attractively priced and the tech support team is fast and very helpful. My only points of feedback to me would be that the dashboard and widgets can be a bit sluggish, and some features feel a bit limited in how you can customise them for your own store. They have been constantly improving these functionalities even in the few months that I've been signed up, so I am confident Stamped.io will continue to get better - overall I am very satisfied and glad to have them as partner for our store!

Best review app we have found. Our customers are interacting with the interface, increasing reviews and subsequently our SEO. We have a pretty busy site and requested some customization to be done to the app and the developer was very helpful, responsive and affordable.

This app is great. It integrates to my shop so well it looks so fantastic. The ability to complete the review directly in email drives more people to complete reviews. I got amazing support from Ivan and Rachelle to make it perfectly fit my shop. They quickly dealt with all of my change requests to make it look perfect.
