We chose this app because of the automatic email function and the review display options, such as the full page and the side drawer display. Installation was pretty easy. Setting up and customizing email options was a breeze. I had a few problems with the product star placement (due to a prior app) and the support team was great. Especially Ivan, he did way more than I expected. Update: This app still continues to exceed my expectations! I am in the process of upgrading my theme to 2.0 and needed some customer support. Salem made the update process so smooth - he was fast, efficient and courteous. Stamped.io is the best! Thank You!

I have to say, this company has 'customer service' down! They are excellent. I am currently only using the FREE version - as our site is still young - but they took care of me as if I was their highest paying client! They solved my issue right away, with no hassle and no 'back and forth'. I HIGHLY recommend this App and this company. Kudos to management for hiring such great people.

We use this on two of our stores and it works very well. Support has been very good with someone fixing any issues and getting back to us quickly. It's refreshing to get a timely reply to your support inquiries and they are always friendly and helpful.

Stamped.io is by far the most cost-efficient app for reviews. There is nothing better. And from what I have seen they have continued to innovate and improve their product while keeping the price down. Also, they respond to their customer service emails in a timely manner.

I've used your app for years ignoring some glitches, some delays coz i just needed an app to collect reviews and show them. I would have paid for a plan if your prices didn't increase so steeply after 50 reviews collected. $23 for the next tier is not worth it for all the glitches and bugs. Someone submitted a review on 24 Jan and till 26 Jan it wasn't showing on my website. Why then would I opt to upgrade to such a high amt of money? Its gone from good to worse and it doesn't make sense to continue or upgrade.

first review I've written. Well deserved. We were on a competitor's review app and saw SO many GREAT reviews for stamped.io on a FB group. We decided to switch. The team made everything seamless and now we are paying 1/10th of the price for better content. We're getting so much more reviews with stamped.io vs the competitor's. What made us switch was I could not for the life of me figure out how to use the other interface. Stamped is user friendly so I am SO glad we made the switch!

I have to say that this is the best app that I've ever tested or used! Not only because the app itself has great features that meet our needs but more amazingly the helps I received from Rachelle Ong who I guess is from the service team. The answers given were very clear and instructional, plus she has the patience and attitude that made me not afraid to ask questions. At the beginning of the survey, I chose 3 apps to test. There’s the other one which seems quite good and people were friendly and helpful but didn’t really meet what we were looking for. Another one looks like having most powerful features but one of their service people seems not very happy working there from the way he answered the questions I had, plus the worst that they would just not be open with their pricing which really scared me. If they don’t really bother your needs before the purchase, why should you! Of course having powerful features is great but imagine if you get lake of support after the installation or the feature that you thought you were offered in the plan but then they tell you that you need to upgrade in order to have that feature and all because they were so unclear on their pricing, it is definitely going to be the most terrible nightmare. The helps and supports from Stamped are really making it the number app in its field! It makes me feel so secure before the purchase and installation. Hope my experience could help other shop owners like me.

I'm using this on my Australian store, and it's a pleasure to see reviews come in. Love the way things are set out, it's easy to navigate and looks great on my site. I've tried a competitor, but they didn't let me leave comments on reviews hence looking around for another solution. I'm actually looking forward to having to start paying these guys money: they deserve it, and that will of course mean more orders are coming my way.
