They've helped us out numerous time to figure out the different features and when we've been stuck on something they have very efficiently pointed us in the right direction with the perfect solution!! We've been using Stamped.io for years now and it has always been brilliant for our business. Review collection is easy and smooth, and customers respond really well to it. The functions for displaying reviews are also excellent and have been perfectly tailored to our store. Most importantly, their customer service is second to none. Today, I needed some changes made to the review widgets and Sid was brilliant, he helped adjust everything perfectly, efficiently and also carefully explained the changes he had made so I knew what was happening on the back end. Thank you so much, I highly recommend!

Tommy took the time and went above and beyond to help me get my product review feed set up in Google's merchant center. I'm new to shopping ads, so I really appreciated the fact that he was patient in explaining the details of everything especially when I was having difficulties. So happy I made the switch from what I was using previously!

Amazing app. We were debating between Yotpo and Stamped, and were testing out the different platforms. Stamped is definitely more user-friendly and super transparent with the features & pricing. Excellent customer service as well - Ivan really helped us a lot and made our transition from shopify reviews to Stamped a whole lot easier. Update: A huge thanks to Alyssa, Ivan, and the stamped team for helping me out with the checkout comments & reviews. The team was really helpful and even gave suggestions to improve the deliverability of our stamped review emails.

Honestly I wanted switch over Yoptop in January for some feature and the google partnership but I think you get apps worth ways more every $ I give you. And you always reply so fast to every of my change. Like can't ask anything more. Got like over 200 reviews for using your apps think year and that really key changer for store jewelry where trust is important.

This app is amazing, and the support is even better. I was looking for an app that would allow us to display all our customer reviews in one place for FREE, and this app exceeded my expectations. This app does all the work required to get customer reviews and it's highly customizeable, again for FREE. One of the most critical apps for our store.
