When you use the free plan, this app can send a review request one year after purchase which made some of our clients confused. There is no point sending automatic emails so long after and there should be away to define that it won't be done automatically.

I shopped around and tried other review systems, this is the best one that is all encompassing and allows you to adjust and grow with your business. Other apps seem to only offer one or two aspects. I have also found the support to be extremely helpful AND fast (the best turn around time compared to other apps we use.) Timing is key to me as any time lost could be money lost. As a small business, I highly recommend this app.

We use the Stamped App for Product Reviews, Product Questions and Shoppable Instagram Gallery. It is so helpful that we are able to group product reviews because we have many variations of each product set up as separate items. The product questions that display on the individual product pages are great because a customer can see common questions for the item without having to navigate off the page. Also the Shoppable Instagram carousel and gallery are awesome features we were able to add to our site. Overall this is an amazing value for the price. The team at Stamped is incredibly quick to reply and helpful with any questions or coding. Highly recommended!

Customer service is top notch. Tommy has been very helpful in getting our website's reviews up and running. App works well, it's super easy for customers to fill out reviews in the email they receive, which boosts the number of reviews we are getting.

Easily the best support you will find in apps. All emails were responded within 24 hours and they take care of your problems and make it work for u. I've started getting many reviews. I'm on the premium plan and think the pricing is reasonable for the amount of orders I have (compared with other review apps). Fast forward a few years on, I've still asked for support once in a while and each time the support team have managed to solve my issues and I appreciate their help and will continue to be a loyal customer.

This app has been brilliant for my website. It is clean looking and definitely attracts customers when they see the star rating. If I have any problems the support team are super helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend.
