What I like about this app is that the customer service reps are quick to fix whenever I am faced with new challenges with regards to how the reviews are going to show up on our shop's site. It was worth it to have upgraded to Business Plan. I think it's has been over a year that I use this app.

Best APP ever, easy to use and customise. Fantastic customer service, all my questions will get answered and all customisation request done in an hour. The most lovely feature that I didn't find at ANY other review app is: show review Rich Snippets for collection pages, not only for the product pages, this really great.

Been using Stamped for over 6-months after switching from a more expensive option and we love Stamped.io over here at Run Gum. The features you get for the price are incredible. And even more important for us is the support we get from their team! A+++++

I started using this app a couple of years ago and am very satisfied with the app and their customer service. Definitely recommend this app. 5 Stars all the way. No matter what issues you may have, just shoot them an e mail and they fix it within 24 hours.

Since implementing Stamped, our level of customer engagement and visibility of fan interaction has increased in ways we never envisioned. Providing a lane for customers to share their experiences and feedback with our products and brand overall has been invaluable, and the app continues to improved. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

What is not written is that you can not translate the template with the Basic Plan. Very disappointing.

We have been using Stamped for a couple of years now and all I can say is "WOW!!!" Customer service is fantastic and it has been such an easy way for our customers to share their love of our product. I researched other companies that were way more expensive, but what beyond the value was how responsive and wonderful Tommy and his team are. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal app and service. I switched to Stamped from YotPo and the integration has been an absolute breeze. The support team set the whole thing up overnight and imported all of the reviews from YotPo, including questions and answers. If you didn't know that there had been a change, I doubt you'd even notice.

I don't often leave reviews however I feel like I have to given the negative experience I have had with stamped. The customer service team stuffed up the migration of my account from a different platform and continue to deny any wrong doing- customers have been sent review emails from 2017 and with different settings that what I have customised. They quickly tried to hide the mistake however I have proof of the wrong emails from customers directly. It would have been much more professional to address the mistake so that a plan could be made going forward. As a business owener, I don't appreciate covering up errors being sent to my customers.

I tried out all possible review apps and I have to definitely say that this is the best one. It offers the best features on the free plan and it even allows to add photos as admin. the support is very fast and always friendly. Our website will use this review system for life now!

I've used Stamped.io for a previous site and had such a good experience with their support and app, that I am back again! Ivan has been very responsive in helping me to get our historical reviews all ready to go so we can start populating our site. These guys really know support and it hasn't slipped one bit since I last used it - THIS is how it should be done (other app developers take note!) As for the app, it's easy to use, and much more cost effective than the competitors. If you have any doubts about trying Stamped.io, then don't! They've got you covered.
