We've been using this app since 2018 and haven't had any issues. They are readily available and responsive if you have any questions or need technical support, although for us, it's been running smoothly. Overall very happy with it!

I have been using Stamped.io for over a year now and I love how the reviews are tracked and displayed on my website. They look so professional. I also really have liked their customer service and tools they have available. I love this app and this company! They are top notch!

I've used Stamped.io review app for numerous sites now. Each time, received top-notch customer service: a) the tech team is super responsive b) they will go above and beyond the call of duty customizing their app to fit each theme, change the language so it feels like our brand(s), etc. Each time after installing this app, I have seen a real spike in the amount of reviews customers leave, which has directly linked to conversion to sales. Overall, an amazing, amazing and highly recommended!

Great onboarding and help from the team - would love to be able to review multiple products at one time. We often get a cart than includes many pieces but a customer can only leave a review for one of them which is a bit of a unusual situation.

I need to change my review and say that this company is so big that is unbelievable that they don't have chat support or telephone support for urgent issues. I had a big urgent problem with customers getting 10x more points than they should and it was impossible to contact any support and had to wait for them to get back to me by mail. I will change my review when they update and add a telephone number to support or add a live chat. This company is too big not to have it.

I am having a great experience with this review app. What's impressive is how quickly and precisely they provide support via email. I wanted to implement a series of customizations and they quickly supported us. Strongly recommended and quite flexible! I can now automatically send to my clients a request for a product review and display reviews on my shopify using several customizable widgets.

Stamped.io is one of the best review platforms I have ever used on Shopify. The interface is very simple to understand and customize, which is amazing. If you can’t figure something out, the Stamped team is SUPER friendly and is amazing at answering our inquiries. This is a very user-friendly platform on the consumer side as well. The e-mails are very straight forward and easy to follow up on. Try them out, I don’t think you will be disappointed! Edit: Also, the Founder is the best guy and is the biggest help ever!

Excellent app, and a helpful support team to get it up and running to its full potential. I have been using it for just over a year and have only just run into some problems when migrating to a different theme, but it was a simple fix by the team who had everything sorted within an hour. By far the best customer service i have experienced of any app in the 5 years i have been using shopify. also the app itself is dam good, accomplishes everything you would need from a product review system, having tried a few others in the past, i feel no need to look for another system.

Love the app and support, highly recommended. I am switching over from Yotpo to use the photo features at a more reasonable price. Importing my existing reviews was easy. Their support staff was very quick providing custom installation on my new Turbo theme since I could not figure it out on my own.

We have been using Stamped for a couple of years now and all I can say is "WOW!!!" Customer service is fantastic and it has been such an easy way for our customers to share their love of our product. I researched other companies that were way more expensive, but what beyond the value was how responsive and wonderful Tommy and his team are. Highly recommend!

We switched www.countryclubprep.com from Magento to Shopify in 2015. Since then, we've used countless apps and developers, and they've run the gamut from worthless to moderately useful. Stamped.io, on the other hand, has been a revelation. Not only is there a tremendous amount of functionality for a reasonable price, but the responsiveness and development expertise is unparalleled in our experience. Ivan and the dev team have done amazing things with our templates, and our new ability to feature UGC has dramatically improved conversion rates. I endorse Stamped.io 100%!

Bad app, bad customer support. We are a small business and startup so we rarely if ever reached the 50 orders per month limit, but for some reason we were always over the limit and review request emails would never be sent. However, that didn’t stop Stamped.io from spamming us with emails that we have reached our monthly limit and should upgrade. We gave up on the app until 11/1/18 when we received an email from a customer. Our customer had received a review email regarding an order that was two years old. The customer was confused, upset and panicked believing that their credit card information had been stolen and used to make a purchase. I immediately checked our records and assured him that no new purchase has been made. So I contacted Stamped.io customer support for an explanation and resolution and this was their response, and I quote: "I checked that you are in the Lite plan and it comes with a monthly of 50 order limit and it doesn't meet your sending needs. …I suggest considering upgrading your plan to a great limit so you can send review emails for all the orders placed." So after two rounds of emails and never addressing why they were sending review emails to two year old customers, we uninstalled the app. Update: No, the issue was never resolved. However, we found a much better review app in Judge.me - no 50 order limit, review importer, more features, great support and it's FREE!
Hello NugTools, We are sorry to hear about the experience you had with Stamped.io, our support team could have clarified better on the query you had. Stamped.io counts the number of orders review emails are sent out to. Once your limit is reached for the month, review emails will pause sending and accumulate in the queue. The review emails will resume sending: - on a new month when the limit is reset at the start of each month - when there's a greater order limit, an upgrade The customer had received the review email for the old order due to the large number of backlogged review emails in the queue since the app was installed. We do apologize for not addressing your query earlier and resolving your concerns. Stamped.io definitely has more value-added features compared to Judge.me, and our plans are priced competitively compared to other review apps in the market which offers a similar set of features. We hope you will re-consider our app again in the future!

Excellent app with superb customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost their user-generated content and wanting to get real feedback from their customers. Their support team is one of the best I've come across. The best of all is that they keep developing the app and we reckon it will become the true Trustpilot alternative for Shopify and beyond. I've used this app for a few years, and I've noticed how it really helps to get customers to follow through with a review since they can submit it right from their email. I recently updated my stores theme and support was really fast and helpful with updating some code issues that didn't transfer from the old theme to the new one correctly. This is a great add-on to the standard reviews functions in your store.
