Well it sends review emails that look well. Which is great but the recommendations are not so great, I have no idea where it gets the products to recommend but it doesn't seem to be base on much logic it seems to be a very closed random selection. Also this is not free as advertised or even close. Now I write apps I understand you have ongoing costs and $30 is maybe IMO expensive but explainable, but please don't advertise as free it comes across as a little underhanded lads.

This is by far the best review app for shopify. First of all the customer service and response from stamped.io is the best of any app I have with shopify. I worked with Tommy to get everything working and he is sooo helpful. When any issue arises stamped io support has been amazing. They really make the process painless. As far as the app itself, we have a particular industry that we cater to. Customer reviews and feedback mean a lot to our buyers and having custom fields for customers to fill out helps us get more info for and from our customers. :) This app also integrates with our loyalty rewards program through Swell. Originally we got it to work with swell - very pleased.

Pretty good app. We only use the free app but it does deliver results. out of 27 emails sent so far we have received 6 reviews and we haven't had to do any work. www.bellalavender.com.au

These guys provide amazing and timely support. We have a very large catalog and some of the features can be a bit cumbersome to use manually. A quick email to support saved our team days of work! Absolutely wonderful app and amazingly fast and effective customer support.

We've worked with lots of developers and lots of app makers but the group at Stamped.io is by far the highest performing, most responsive, on it, group we've worked with. We love this app and this team.

We've been using Stamped for over 2 years and are very happy with the product and their service, they are fast to respond and try to accommodate any special requirements, so great people to work with. There has been no issues with the app and it offers exactly what we need in the very important field of customer reviews. Would definitely recommend it.

I leave reviews pretty infrequently, but this is one I had to do. The Stamped.io support team is the best app support I've ever had. I use the reviews for PATOS (wearpatos.com) now and they run without any issues. The coupons feature is especially huge for customer retention after a Kickstarter. I was originally considering Yotpo, and while they have a great business too, the competitive price matched with unparalleled service makes Stamped.io a no-brainer. The installation and UI could use a little bit of work to make it a little easier, but the team is so quick to help that you don't even notice that slight difficulty.

Tommy and Rachel implemented a star rating on our collection pages quickly and precisely. Was extremely easy to work with when we made suggestions of what we were looking for and would highly recommend this app to any shopify store that looks to deal with reviews.
