We are using the Shopify Reviews app and were looking for a solution that would allow us to send out automated review emails to customers that had purchased from our site. This app is quite brilliant, and very reasonably priced compared to some of the other offerings. Set up was fairly straightforward, and the support team are more than willing to assist with any questions we have. Highly recommended!

Product Reviews Addon has done a great job with helping to get our reviews connected to our Google Merchant Center & Google Shopping ads. I currently started using their net promotor score (NPS) function, and there are several more functions I'd like to try out as well. We have also set up reviews to push to our Facebook page. The dashboard has really great info on customer sentiment as well. The customer service is terrific, and they were very responsive and helpful.

So far So good! Rachelle and Tommy helped with the integration which has run very smoothly. They also helped with importing old reviews from Yotpo. I really like their exclude by tags features. You can exclude products that you do not want reviews on, customers and products from recommendations. I am also very excited about the Instagram feature. I will update the review with my results once it has been running for a while.

This is app is very useful. We've fully customized the widget on our 5 stores, the in-mail reviews, and coupon email after the reviews. Tommy was very helpful!

The Product Reviews Addon from Stamped.io is just what I was looking for. What's so great about it? The automated emails with the ability to customize message request, incentivize the customer, seamless integration with Shopify's Product Reviews app, all while giving you full autonomy over the process - just to name a few benefits. The support has been exceptional too. Tommy has been very responsive when I inquired about adding ratings to the collections page and not just on the product landing pages. Highly recommend this awesome app - five stars.
