These guys were great to deal with. Really responsible and great at helping out with questions - better than a lot of groups! Product also works well and gets us good solid reviews and is a massive time saver in this area. Thank you!

This app works really well. I like that I can change the dates that it sends emails and it's really easy to send reminder emails. I wish we could schedule reminder emails, but that's my only fault with it. This addon has helped us receive more product reviews for sure and it's nice that it links directly to the Product Reviews app.

really great! Customer support is amazing too. Same features as Yotpo but much better priced. Update Nov 2019: Still using Stamped since 2017. Their customer response times are really great, and the app is still amazing. No troubles at all!

This is a very powerful app. We're using the Premium version, previously we were using Mailchimp to auto send review requests. This is way more effective at pulling reviews in as it allows customers to review in-email, rather than via your website. The self-hosted thank you page creates a totally seamless customer experience as well. Incentivising reviews is super easy via bulk-created codes using Shopify's free app. The use of a customer's previous order data is very impressive, giving the customer a very personal contact, without us having to do anything. Best of all though, Stamped's customer service and support is exceptional. This is quite a complicated and daunting app on first install, but their support makes it very easy to set up and get going. Top Marks - I wish all apps and plugins were this good!!

The best review app for Shopify, and for a fraction of the price of other systems with much more features. We are Shopify Experts and it is the only review app we recommend - as well as using on our own store. Their support is also excellent. Thanks for developing such a great app and keep adding new cool features on a regular basis!

Stamped.io is a great product. Stable, easy to use admin. Not too many features, but the right ones for us. A few teething issues as a newish platform, but nothing mission critical. Incredibly responsive support crew (often within an hour or so) and improvements seem to be rolled out continuously.

I really like this app. It's very easy to use & has a good amount of options for a free app. I also appreciate the occasional Star Wars reference when I login- using the force to make me write this review haha. I don't have to spend time manually sending reviews to my customers, this does is for me...then reminds them after a week. It also allows me to respond to customer reviews, which is an excellent feature.

We've been using stamped.io for about 2 months now and can say we're extremely happy! I reviewed 3-4 other platforms and ended up going with Stamped.io because they had features that none of the others have. The support is very responsive and is more than willing to help with anything. If you are on the fence, give them a try!

We have used this app for a years on our website and think its great. Adds SEO to your site and is fully automated once set up. No problems setting it up and works a treat. Excellent. We used the widget on our home page and were assisted with this by the Stamped support team and the process was painless.
