Excellent and fast support - app is flexible, easy to customize, and does what I want. When I switched themes, Support took good care of me and installed all my review widgets again.

This company is superb, i wasted 3 months with yotpo and ristrict myself to lot of limitations without any reason, then shopify expert recommand this app to me and i m glad that i migrated. It solved all my issues and i m more then happy !! Support is so fast that sometime it feels like they reply almost same second as you shoot them email. Keep it up Cheers

The best part about this... their customer service is REAL PEOPLE, they act fast and are super helpful. Their app rarely bugs out and when it does they are on it fast. A solid product, I'm sold.

It's very applicable to my site! This is something I have been looking for when I started. Easy to integrate(If it's not easy, they will provide timely support as well). Would recommend sites that are looking for getting different type of customer reviews.

We used this app when we were on ECWID, when we moved to shopify it was the first app we installed. Love how effortless it is to set up and takes the process out of collecting reviews away. Super easy to install and use.

Excellent app, but more importantly excellent support. With an app like this with many features, there are naturally a lot of things that need to be worked out. The team is super responsive (do they sleep?). I definitely would recommend to anyone.

GREAT customer service from the team. Responses to my questions and issues is always super fast. This app has all the features that I wanted and more! What I like best about it is that my customers can write a review directly in the review request email. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to build-up their customer reviews with a simple, easy-to-use app.

Simply WOW !! I have used many APPs and by far this is the best and quickest service I have received. Tommy responds back within minutes and everything is up and running. Also the app runs flawlessly. A must for every store to showcase client feedback.

Great app and even better support!! Replied within minutes and installed the new widget 2.0 for us. Whole process took under an hour from start to finish and fixed a bug reported by my users.Really great to work with these guys. Couldn't be happier!! Keep it up :)
