Not responding to our emails. No stamped review emails sent for two months and stamped are not responding or doing anything to help. Still poor service sadly. Stamped review emails are not reaching customers for two months now. No response from the team for two days.Terrible service recently. Reviews stop product pages from loading and the issues is still not fixed. Business lost for two days because of this. Team did not respond until today and issue is still not fixed. This issue keep happening despite the team saying they fixed it. Issue is ongoing today. No response received from stamped yet.

Tommy & Rachelle simply have the best customer service. They are super quick to respond, happy, helpful, and always go the extra mile. I love all the amazing features of Stamped and when I think of amazing customer service, the team at Stamped are at the top of the list. Thank you thank you!

Works great. I didnt see my reviews at the start but that was only because i had only just installed Shopify Reviews. I emailed Stamped and they fixed it straight away! www.sideroot.com

I would add a 6ht star if I could. I switched from Yotpo to Stamped.io without regret much much much more features for a decent price this time. A bunch of thanks for Tommy for his efficiency in getting the best CS!

Scoot over Yotpo, you finally got some competition! Stamped.io has all of the advanced reviews features we really care about at a fraction of the cost of Yotpo (plus no sales calls are required just to learn their prices!). If you're stuck on anything, take advantage of their awesome support. My problem was solved in minutes. Good stuff. Keep it up, stamped.io!

Great App!!! A MUST HAVE for all Shopify stores if you're wanting to display reviews. Especially at the price point, you get all the great features as the other apps, plus it works seamlessly with Shopify's built in review system. - Customer service is also very responsive and very helpful in getting you set up, or any changes you'd like to the display of your reviews. Thanks.

We like the app and the support team has been great. Have only used the free version, but will probably need to upgrade to paid in the future.

UPDATE: STAMPED WILL NOT SEND AN EXPORT OF YOUR REVIEW DATA (including critical data such as review images and video). They will only send partial data which is not portable. MAJOR RED FLAG!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Caution: Stamped app has completely destroyed my Facebook pixel and ruined all optimization within my Facebook Ad Account. For some reason that Stamped cannot explain, they intermittently report purchase events to Facebook when a user loads a product detail page. There are not real purchases, but since they are reported to Facebook, Facebook optimizes ad spend based on these "conversions." Over the past few days, Stamped reported $344B of fake conversions (yes, Billion). That completely overwhelms the YEARS of real data accumulated on my pixel, and my ad account is now worthless and must be abandoned. This has been going on off-and-on for over a year. Multiple times Stamped has told me they fixed the issue, but then it returns. They have stopped responding to me entirely. They will not send me my data so that I can move to another review platform. Stamped is the biggest mistake I have ever made in my decade long journey in e-commerce. Beware.

Probably the single best app and experience we have had with any app on our Shopify store. The price is beyond reasonable for what you get and the customer service is great! If you sell anything at all you NEED this app. We came over from Yotpo and I can 100% say I will never ever go back to Yotpo. The only regret I have is not switching to this app sooner!

Could not be happier with this app. The automated email that gets sent out to each customer is designed incredibly well. Much thought went into how to make leaving reviews as simple and pain free as possible for our customers- they can leave the review within the email itself. Love the feature that sets when the review requests are sent out.

Excellent customer service. I was modifying a page and needed code for certain parts of the review and the response was quick and they were very helpful.

This app is great and it is working very well. I have used it long enough to know it does work and gets reviews. There are only a couple of issue I have because I want to manually change the recommended products and while I can do this without problem, the method is a little convoluted. I would love to be able to select all the products I want to recommend from a list at one time. At the moment you have to search the product, click it, search for another ect.. adding them one at a time. Deleting existing products to recommend is the same - delete one at a time. This could be done so much simpler with a list and tick boxes. Please refine this area of the app and it truly will be a 5 star app!
