Unbelievably good! The app is extremely capable and very well thought out, elegant and simple to use. However, the service and support is *absolutely outstanding* from these guys - like remarkable! We've dealt with a lot of apps and their developers over the years - never have I come across a more willing, helpful and downright capable support team. Outstanding. A terrific app and service that really is second to none. Do it!

Great little app that adds that little bit extra to take reviews to the next level. I love that I can set it up and forget about it, and the widgets are a great feature. All for free!

Very good app that works tremendously well at prompting users to review our products through our site. In addition, I must say the support from the stamped team was first class; near instant response to e-mails and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Awesome review add-on! Works exactly as described and the customer service has been great! Not being a developer, it did take about a week to get it set up properly with all of the functionality I was looking for. The support team was there every step of the way through the process. Note they do not seem to be on US time so reply's often come in the late evening. We just moved over to the enterprise version which has helped with SEO significantly. Thanks guys!

Great app, does exactly what you would hope that it would. Really like the ability to see how many emails have gone out, if they've been opened, when they're scheduled etc etc. Good job!

I have absolutely NO idea what I am doing. With this said, their help center is amazing. Tommy replied to all of my emails promptly and was so patient with my numerous questions. Also, their help topic listing is easy to follow. So far, so good!

Still a good app, although sometimes doesn't load properly through the Shopify dashboard, requires a refresh. Previous review in July 2019: Excellent Customer support by Ivan. Had an issue over the weekend, wasn't expecting a reply but he actually sorted out the issue the same day. Previous review Jan.2017: Great app, definitely worth installing. Only issue is with which reviews show up when using the option to display a full page of reviews. Apart from that, quite good.

This app is fantastic! It has all the functionality of the extremely expensive review apps, at a fraction of the price. On top of that, the customer service is the best I've ever received. 100% recommend this for every store.

We love this app it really works. It does a great job of getting our customers to leave reviews and you need this app on your website too. Yes you do. You will be amazed at the results of this app. I think its because the customers can easily leave a review in the email that they get sent so it makes it all very easy for them and we are now finding that we are getting lots of reviews where as before we had to contact the customer a few times to try to get a review.

We re-launched our website through Shopify [from another vendor] back in September 2016. During the transition there was a gap in our review collection for our yarn products. We installed Product Reviews Addon from Stamped IO which was absolutely a breeze. We made a couple of template adjustments and voila! We are really seeing results VERY quickly. In 4 months we are now averaging 200 reviews a month from under a 100. I recommend this app highly -- AND the support team is incredibly responsive!

Very happy with this product. I would definitely recommend going with the paid version. As soon as we went that route we began receiving multiple reviews per day. Would highly suggest utilizing this great resource!

I really felt how my website rank raised in Google Searches after customers started writing reviews. I personally offered them 10% discount to stimulate them to write and it works pretty well. Conversion is arround 10%, if not higher.

Awesome alternative to YotPo and a fraction of the cost. Product has worked flawlessly from the start and Tommy is fast, friendly and gets $hit done. Highly recommend.
