Free version didn't get us anywhere but have upgraded to basic and we are starting to make some good progress. Excellent support from Tommy, refined the widgets to suit us perfectly.

Great app. We have more than doubled the amount of reviews we were getting by sending out our own review request emails before. This app works and makes it easy for customers to write you a review.

We installed this app in both of our Shopify stores. The customer service goes above and beyond with answering questions and solving problems. The app does exactly what is says it does, has so many options and is exactly what every store needs to collect customer reviews. Highly recommend.

Love the app. I recommend to anyone who wants to collect professional looking, accurate and verified reviews, including the ability for your customers to upload photos of their product. Staff are extremely helpful and respond as promptly as any app developers I have dealt with.

I can't say enough about how great the app is, and how helpful the service is. If you've made it this far, make a list of the review apps, what they offer, and they cost. If you have any questions, message the support for all of them. What you'll find is what I found, if you want functionality, features, and a company that stands by it's product. This is the team to work with.

If you need a review and Q&A app, this is much cheaper than some of the alternatives. There was an updated widget that had not been released yet to the public, but they were willing to install it no problem. I needed some customization to how it was displayed on my site, and Tommy was able to get it to look exactly how I wanted it. Great service and great app. www.advantagesupplements.com

A very useful Add-on to the native Shopify Reviews app. The best part - it's FREE aaaand has awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

The customer support won me over with this app. First of all it works like a charm, has all the options and features that we needed so the app is great. But what puts it over the top for me is the support. Thank you for always helping and so quickly too!

Love it! Easy to customize, tons of features, easy for customers to use. We've definitely received quite a bit more reviews on products than we ever had in the past. Started with free plan and promptly upgraded to next plan - you get a lot of bang for your buck! Thanks!

The setup & customization for this app were pretty simple. I recently reached out to support to help get my old Shopfy App reviews synced over to Stamped. Support was quick & helpful. The reviews look much nicer on my website than the old review app too. I like having the Verified badge on reviews showing as well.

We implemented this app about a month ago and have seen a big increase in reviews and 5 star ratings! It's also given us an opportunity to connect directly with our less happy customers which has been so helpful in making sure we have satisfied customers. Wonderful product and customer service. Initially, we were with Yotpo review app - a really expensive product for a small/new online shop. Shopry has provided similar functionality at best price and it comes with excellent service.

2023 Update: Stamped used to have great support. They have completely dropped the ball now. I've been dealing with a simple issue for 2 months now and explained it to three separate people and have been passed to a different person every time to start the process over again. There is no communication between different departments. It seems like they have outsourced support but I don't know for sure. The prices have also increased dramatically over the past 2 years while service has decreased. Unless you need NPS reviews there is a much better alternative out there that gives you waaaaaay better value for money now. You can Judge my opinion for yourself.

This is the ONLY review everybody should be using for their Shopify store! We tried them all before going to "Product Reviews Addon", and none come close to this review app. It has ALL the features and cost far less than other review apps for Shopify such as Yotpo which is INSANELY overpriced, don't have all the features and their people is just bad and rude when you call their customer service and sales people! :( Product Reviews Addon on the other hand, their support is excellent and they reply FAST so any issues we've had was resolved almost immediately. I would at any time recommend and use Product Review Addon as it's simply the BEST of ALL the review apps available for Shopify, has ALL the features at a low cost with excellent customer support.
