Charged every month on multiple stores. Yet havent been able to access in over a month, support is horrid. They say update the app when there is no clear indiciatino on how to update. Not sure what we are paying for at this point. We never leave comments but after the expierence here is was just.

We've had this collecting reviews at our Life Intents website for a couple of hears. Love that the app automatically asks for the reviews after a set time period. There are lots of great customizations that we can use to suit our needs as well. The customer support is top notch and helping to fix any glitches that other apps may have caused with theirs. Do it.

We resolved an issue for a customer and subsequently attempted to remove their review. However, it's still visible on our page even after three days, which is impacting our business. Attempts to reach the Stamped team via the chatbot have been unproductive, leaving me frustrated by the app's slow update times and the persistence of reviews we've chosen to delete. It's disheartening, considering the years spent gathering positive feedback, to think about removing the app over this.

Stamped is great, I use both reviews and loyalty. Affordable plans. Support is super helpful, I have asked them for custom help at least 20 times in the last month as I have updated my site and they have always helped within 24 hours and are very delightful to work with. Thanks stamped team!

This app is great, the dashboard is really user friendly for someone who is inexperienced. I have had to contact support and received fantastic support from Ben who solved my queries promptly and with ease. Definitely recommend this app. There is a great free plan, but also the functions of the paid plan are really good depending on your needs you could go either way.

Some great functionality offered, and it's great when it actually does what it says it will do. Customer service has improved hugely since I last reviewed this app two years ago, and is incredibly helpful. Which has led me to up my rating from 2 to 4 stars. However, a few pieces of functionality that were promised still haven't been delivered, for example enabling more usable ways to select items for groups so they're automatic rather than need to be manually added is a must have and I've now waited two years.
