This app is great, the dashboard is really user friendly for someone who is inexperienced. I have had to contact support and received fantastic support from Ben who solved my queries promptly and with ease. Definitely recommend this app. There is a great free plan, but also the functions of the paid plan are really good depending on your needs you could go either way.

Some great functionality offered, and it's great when it actually does what it says it will do. Customer service has improved hugely since I last reviewed this app two years ago, and is incredibly helpful. Which has led me to up my rating from 2 to 4 stars. However, a few pieces of functionality that were promised still haven't been delivered, for example enabling more usable ways to select items for groups so they're automatic rather than need to be manually added is a must have and I've now waited two years.

Just wanted to say that Stamped has the BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM!!! A shoutout to Arjun, Joel, and Andrea for the SUPERB service!!! But most especially, thank you to Arjun for going ABOVE AND BEYOND! As a context, we now use Stamped for our website's reviews. We needed to transfer some reviews from the previous app we used to Stamped and encountered some issues. Their team helped us throughout the process!! From uploading the file to fixing the errors in the file to tweaking some code on our website to fix the review counts! I love how SUPPORTIVE and PROACTIVE they were. Stamped.ip is amazing! Vi with the support team went over and beyond to help me with a review request! On the backend Vi went in to create a widget on my classes landing page, so I could start getting reviews on my site. The app has been great up until the orange gift box and widgets disappeared all of a sudden. The team however was quick to respond when I submitted the request and had resolved it in a very timely manner, nuch quicker than I expected. We really appreciate your help. Will definitely look into upgrading our plan when our small business picks up. Thanks again!
