We have used Stamped for a few years, easy for customer experience. Tech support has been helpful as we continue to grow.

Horrible support. Even if you are paying $119 for the app, the support takes 48 hours to respond. Oh and also, the reviews only show up on your product page, not on the collection pages. Please don't fall for the scam, there are 10x cheaper alternatives with better support and a bug-free environment. What a joke.

I've just received my first reviews and it feels amazing. It adds a professional touch and I'm sure it will encourage others to buy. I wish the widget would appear higher up the page though as people need to scroll all the way to the end to see the review.

Love how easy it is to integrate the review widget on my website. The email templates and auto send work really well. I'm very pleased with the app.

If you're comparing app's, don't waste your time looking any further. I've used this app for years without a problem and once it was installed I kind of forgot about it. I recently did a theme update and needed a bit of help and I was amazed with their customer service! Top Notch! They are quick to respond, helpful and go over and above.

I'm working wtih the free version but so far I really like it and so do my buyers. The support has been fast and very helpful.

I'm paying $300/month for their service and they don't offer any phone or video call support. Very frustrating especially considering other review platforms I have used in the past have much more comprehensive support than email.

This app is great so far. I'm working on the free version but plan on upgrading soon. I've had to contact their support team several times and all of them have been awesome and super helpful. My most recent experience with Salem was fantastic... She assisted me in installing the widgets and such in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

I use the free version of this app which works great for what I need at the moment. I feel like I have control and can even remind customers about sending in reviews. Customer service is responsive and really helpful so if have a question I feel confident I'll get an answer. I'd definately recommend.

Amazing support, Mohamed helped me to integrate the app even though. 1) I haven't payed for the subscription yet. 2) it was in the middle of the night. 3)Through the live chat. Just superb, keep up the good work guys! Cheers

This app is a train wreck. Their database constantly gets buggy and doesn't display our reviews correctly. Customer service seems overwhelmed and support takes weeks to resolve simple issues. I pay over $1,000 per month and am regretting it.

Robust features, excellent interface and terrific customer support. We recently migrated to Stamped.io after using Yotpo for 2+ years and couldn't be happier. While not cheap, the customer support and set of features we receive on the platform far exceeds that received on Yotpo for a similar price point. The switch between platforms was easy and I encourage any merchant using Yotpo to do the same!
