Lowell and the whole team at Stamped are always willing to help whenever one has a problem. They helped me with a backend little problem I could not figure out. The whole team is very kind and super helpful. They all have a happy and positive attitude. So whenever you have a problem, you can be sure you get a reply, a solution and positive feelings. The App is user friendly and intuitive. Having positive reviews published on our websites help us build the trust with our potential clients, especially important when product price is high. This app is easy to set up, I've seen a huge return on product reviews, their customer service is great, it's not too expensive. Definitely worth it, good set up!

I can no longer recommend this app to anyone. Extremely buggy interface, nothing loads as intended. Our customers complain all the time they can't do this and that - after years of using this app it's time to ditch it and move on. Their backend must be horrendous and we pay premium prices to get a garbage system.

Love that my customers in store and online receive an automatic email to share a review. Looking into a paid subscription.

Main issue is with their server. When we send review requests at 5pm and they don't actually send until 2am (with no visibility on when they will be sent), it defeats the purpose of being able to manually control what time your reviews are sent. They have come back to say that "server volumes" caused the delay, but unfortunately the impact to our response rate has been material.

Great customer support. Very responsive! I emailed them about an issue and got a response immediately and they followed up until the issue was resolved. Also, lots of great features within the app.

Really great customer service! The product works great but any time there is an issue they jump right in and fix it.
