We've been using Stamped.io Reviews app for several years now and have been very impressed with the functionality and customer service. Jenson and the developer team have been extremely responsive helping resolve issues with other apps that were preventing the side drawer from properly appearing. Highly recommend giving this app a try.

I've had a Stamped App for my Rockin Wellness Superfood Vegan Nutrition and Protein Shakes for years. Recently I needed to update some coding and was super confused. Worst customer support ever, been using this app for awhile it wasn’t a perfect app but already have many customers in my data log before have an issue with the app Elvis used to support me well and that the reason why I’m still using this app ( paid for monthly not free ) last week my customer purchased and never get point contact them for help but taking me a week until now hasn’t been fix been ignore from the guys name Eslam text me gonna update me asap but again never heard anything back from him hopefully he is ok.

Lots of features for what you pay. More than any other platform that we researched. Elvis and Bryan from their support team are awesome, responsive and always happy to assist. The app itself is buggy at times, often need to hard refresh or log out and back in to get some page views to show data. We use Chrome and Edge.

I recently had the chance to chat with James from Stamped on a few different occasions regarding a coding issue, and I just have to say, he has been absolutely amazing! His customer service is top-notch - he was super responsive and on all occasions I felt like he really took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and resolved. And let me tell you, the Stamped app is just fantastic! The features are intuitive, making it a breeze to gather and show off customer feedback. All in all, I’m really happy with my experience, and I can't recommend James and the Stamped app enough! Keep up the awesome work, everyone!

We had some troubles figuring out why our reviews were not showing, and we received so much help from Sid with support who helped us get reviews back up and integrated it into our website with no issues.
