We have been using Stamped.io for several years now. It is a reliable way to solicit reviews from customers, and the reviews can be configured to show up on Google Shopping, or as Product Snippets. This app has become incredibly frustrating to use. The backend is confusing, sections often fail to load properly, and settings randomly undo themselves. We've had constant issues with saved preferences changing on their own. The custom social integration is especially poor and difficult to work with. For an app we’ve been paying for on the business plan for years, the performance is far from acceptable. It's slow, unreliable, and simply not up to standard.

Our team has already reviewed and responded to your tickets with the steps we believe address the concerns raised, but we’d be glad to take another look if anything still isn’t working as expected. We're also working on several perfomance enhancements to our application to prepare for the busy BFCM period that's upcoming. Anthony Roberts and the web developer team have been helpful in resolving issues regarding the proper formatting of reviews.
Had an issue where my site reviews suddenly disappeared. I emailed, received a response within an hour and they fixed everything! Fantastic support (especially for those of us not to savvy with tech). Thanks!!!!

We have been using Stamped for about 8 years on our main store and we have also started using it on our new store as well. The software is feature rich and easy to use and many customers use the features they provide. Their support (Eslam in our case) was very responsive and took care of the issue we had in a timely manner so we highly recommend using their services.
