Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

I have been using stamped for around 2 years now. The functionality is great, easy to use and the website display is very professional. I had some issues with code in the checkout recently and emailed the team - they had it fixed within the day, the prompt and friendly service was much appreciated!

So far this app appears to be fantastic for pulling in new reviews for items sold on site. If this is your need, I definitely recommend trying it. For importing external reviews for one of a kind products, it's been a challenge. Populating the spreadsheet is time consuming and product images won't load properly, or once loaded, sometimes disappear. Customer service has been kind and very prompt to respond when contacted. Just wish there were a more efficient process for uploading external reviews of one of a kind items.

WOW! This app is the real deal. I and instantly was able to get to work customizing my messaging and thank you offer. I love this app and more importantly my customers are actually using it. If you run a real store and are looking to ramp up your social proof, this app is a must. The price is very much worth the reward.

Great app for requesting reviews and great support team suggesting solutions to increase them. Really useful features and settings to encourage your customers leaving reviews.

The app is great to request reviews and I can even offer rewards to my clients for writing a review on our site. I've had a small problem with google (it wouldn't detect the reviews) but when I contacted the support team, they explained what the error was and fixed within minutes. Thank you!

BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. I am a novice at coding/website developing and I needed some help installing and modifying Stamped on my shopify shop. Using this app 2021-2025 and I had to update our review to warn other merchants that bugs persist in this app, taking us a huge amount of time to publish & feature each review (ie lots of screen refreshes, repeated checking of status of each live vs not live review has changed). For 1-2 years they have promised fixes but just this week we learn there is a wait on for a new version of the app being built though they cant tell us when it will be available. No attempt to mitigate or overcome the issues from stamped.io by offering workarounds, or an app fee break/discount so we are planning to migrate to an alternative app ASAP.

So far, it's an attractive review system and seems to have good functionality. The downside is that the help documentation is really, really terrible. Poorly written, hard to understand, vague, and some of it is out of date or missing important information.

This app is super easy to set up and works in the background collecting reviews for us. It is easy to customize the emails and to write reviews. The support staff has helped me on several occasions with installing widgets to display the app and have been amazing and quick to respond.
